DEFENDANT: Padraic Stimpson, Age 28, Main Street, Hellertown, PA
Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 20 North Hellertown Avenue for the report of a hit and run involving parked cars. After further investigation, Stimpson was located and arrested for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

Quakertown Police arrested Englert in the area of 200 West Broad Street on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for a Probation Violation. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police cited Heck for his inappropriate behavior displayed during a road rage incident that occurred on 17 May 2018 in the area of West Broad Street and South Main Street.

Quakertown Police filed charges against a male juvenile for his inappropriate behavior toward a female juvenile displayed in class during April 2018 at Quakertown Community High School located at 600 Park Avenue.

Quakertown Police cited Sounders for Confinement and Housing of Dogs stemming from an investigation into a dog bite incident that occurred on 1 May 2018 in the area of 49 Pennington Lane.

RETAIL THEFT – May 19, 2018
DEFENDANT: Fame Sanders, Age 47, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA
Quakertown Police responded to the Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street, on 6 May 2018 at approximately 6:02PM for the report of a retail theft of a bic lighter that had just occurred. After further investigation, Sanders was identified and cited.

Quakertown Police arrested Hall at 118 Washington Court on an Arrest Warrant out of Pennridge Regional Police Department. She was temporarily held in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Pennridge Regional.

Quakertown Police cited a female juvenile for pushing and kicking another female juvenile in the stairwell on 15 May 2018 at Quakertown Community School District, 600 Park Avenue.
RETAIL THEFT / WARRANT – May 16, 2018 @ 6:22AM
DEFENDANT: Jacob Winter, Age 25, Richlandtown Pk., Richlandtown, PA
Quakertown Police were advised of a retail theft that just occurred at Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street. Winter was seen taking a 20 oz. Sprite and walking out of the store without paying for it. He was located in the area of the parking lot at 117 SW End Blvd. He was arrested and found to have (2) active warrants out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police cited Trevethan for allowing a dog that was under his care to run loose in the area of 225 Franklin Street.

Quakertown Police filed charges against a male juvenile for his involvement in a physical altercation that occurred on Tuesday 15 May 2018 in the rear parking lot behind the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

Quakertown Police arrested Holtzhafer at 511 East Broad Street on a warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on a DUI Charge. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

DEFENDANT: Jayne Walters, Age 48, Hickory Drive, Quakertown, PA
Quakertown Police effected a well being check on an individual that was slumped over in a vehicle incorrectly parked in the parking lot of 585 South West End Boulevard and had smoke coming out of the front of the vehicle. After further investigation, Walters was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
RETAIL THEFT – May 8, 2018
DEFENDANT: Michael Guirguis, Age 33, Summit Avenue, Jersey City, NJ
Quakertown Police filed charges of Retail Theft and Theft against Guirguis for unlawfully taking an I Phone from AT&T located at 1465 West Broad Street on Sunday 11 March 2018. An arrest warrant has been issued for Michael Guirguis.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT – May 8, 2018
DEFENDANT: Shawn Smith, Age 39, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA
Quakertown Police arrested Smith on an arrest warrant out of Quakertown PD charging Smith with assaulting a female at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street on 6 March 2018. He was arraigned by Magistrate Armitage and bail was set at $25,000. Smith was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
THEFT / FORGERY – May 8, 2018
DEFENDANT: Donald Hangen, Age 59, West Broad Street, Souderton, PA
Quakertown Police arrested Hangen on an arrest warrant out of Quakertown PD charging Hangen with Theft By Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, and Forgery stemming from an investigation into unauthorized withdrawals from a bank account from 12/9/2009 through 10/4/2014. Hangen was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Foran for expired registration in the area of Old Bethlehem Pike and West End Boulevard. On vehicle search prior to impound, suspected marijuana and paraphernalia were located.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 1465 West Broad Street, Plaza Shopping Center, for the report of a physical fight in progress between two male subjects. On scene, and after further investigation, Mower was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Kostenbauder was cited for Public Drunkenness.
