HARASSMENT – June 30, 2018 @ 6:40PM

DEFENDANTS:  Francis Purcell, Age 28, Callowhill Rd., Perkasie, PA

                           Michael Purcell, Age 27, Bethlehem Pike, Hatfield, PA

Quakertown Police cited both Purcells for instigating a fight involving up to (8) people in the parking lot of McCooles-Red Lion Inn, 4 South Main Street.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT   – June 29, 2018 @ 4:07PM

DEFENDANTS: Wendi Whitten, Age 49, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

                           Amanda Myers, Age 26, Bingen Road, Bethlehem, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 20 North 9^th Street for the report of disorderly persons.  On scene, and after further investigation, both Whitten and Myers were cited for their inappropriate behavior displayed in a physical confrontation between the two of them.

BURGLARY   – June 20, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Dwayne Driver, Age 20, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Driver for unlawfully taking a Sentry Safe containing $1127.05 in US currency and business checks from customers from Warehouse Battery Outlet located at 33 South 14^th Street on 13 June 2018. Driver was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.

HARASSMENT – June 20, 2018 @ 8:24PM

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street, for the report of a fight in progress.  On scene, and after further investigation, a male juvenile was cited.

WARRANT – June 17, 2018 @ 5:20PM

DEFENDANT:  Nathan Frederick, Age 24, South 11^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Frederick in the area of 140 South West End Boulevard on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County Domestic Relations Section. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

WARRANT – June 16, 2018 @ 5:33PM

DEFENDANT:  Matthew Lambinus, Age 43, Freedom Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Lambinus in the area of South Main Street and Juniper Street on a Bench Warrant out of Montgomery County for Probation Violation. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

CURFEW – June 16, 2018 @ 2:53AM

DEFENDANTS:  Juveniles

Quakertown Police cited one male juvenile, as he had been previously warned,  and warned two other male juveniles as they were found out after curfew walking in the parking lot on the corner of North 4^th Street and Erie Avenue.

POSSESSION   – June 15, 2018 @ 3:20PM

DEFENDANT:  Ryan Collins, Age 27, Saint Pauls Church Rd., Pennsburg, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Collins in the area of North Main Street and Cemetery Road for expired inspection. He was subsequently arrested for Possession of Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.
