Quakertown Police arrested Peppers at 35 North 3^rd Street on an active warrant out of Philadelphia Police. She was transported to Bucks County Prison.

RETAIL THEFT / POSSESSION – January 31, 2018 @ 4:41PM

DEFENDANT:  Shannon Baringer, Age 31, South Linda Court, Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a retail theft in progress at Rite Aid located at 1465 West Broad Street. On scene, and after further investigation, Baringer was arrested. On search incident to arrest, a spring loaded pocket knife, controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia were found in her purse. Barringer was arraigned by Magistrate Douple and bail was set at $10,000. She was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel stemming from an investigation into a physical altercation that occurred on 11 January 2018 at Strayer Middle School, 1200 Ronald Reagan Drive.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – January 28, 2018 @ 7:03PM

DEFENDANT:  Willie Wallace, Age 31, South Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the parking lot of 108 South Hellertown Avenue for the report of a domestic related traffic accident involving a struck pedestrian. On scene, and after further investigation, Quakertown Police filed charges of Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment, and Related Offenses against Wallace who had fled the scene. WARRANT/PROHIBITED OFFENSIVE WEAPONS –January 27, 2018 @ 2:42AM

DEFENDANT:  Adam Samok, Age 21, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Samok in the area of 331 West Broad Street on an active warrant out of Richland Township Police Department for Shoplifting. On Search Incident to arrest, a spring loaded knife was found on his person. Samok was arraigned by Magistrate Douple and bail was set at $1000.  He was remanded to Buck County Prison.

Quakertown Police arrested Coleman at 444 East Broad Street on an active warrant out of Salisbury Township. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Salisbury Township Police.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of South 2^nd Street and Park Avenue for a report of a woman who was lying on a sidewalk and partially in the street. On scene, Clugh was identified and cited for public drunkenness.

Quakertown Police filed Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Charges against Hughey stemming from an incident that occurred at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on 23 December 2017.

DEFENDANT:  Nicolas Carreras, Age 23, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 726 West Broad Street to assist Bucks County Probation with drug activity. On scene, and after further investigation, Carreras was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Clugh in the area of 141 South Main Street for driving erratically on a motorcycle.  He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Fluck in the area of Route 212 and North Ambler Street for failing to stop at a posted stop sign. He was subsequently arrested on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear on a DUI charge. Fluck was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police filed Retail Theft charges against Kalmar stemming from two separate Theft incidents that occurred on 21 August 2017 and again on 13 October 2017 at Pep Boys, 222 South West End Boulevard.

Quakertown Police arrested Roberts on Retail Theft Charges stemming from a Theft incident that occurred on 28 December 2017 at Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street. In addition, she was found to be wanted out of Pennridge Regional Police Department for Retail Theft. Roberts was arraigned by Magistrate Benz and bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.

Quakertown Police arrested Krajcsir at 1000 West Mill Street on an active Domestic Relations warrant out of Bucks County. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

THEFT OF SERVICES – January 5, 2018

Quakertown Police filed charges of Theft of Services and Recklessly Endangering Another Person against Malaggese for illegally obtaining electric service from Borough of Quakertown Electric Department after electric was turned off for lack of payment.
