PROHIBITED OFFENSIVE WEAPONS / ASSAULT – March 1, 2018

Quakertown Police filed charges against a male juvenile for pulling a stun gun and threatening another male juvenile in the area of 345 West Broad Street on 19 February 2018.

WARRANT – February 28, 2018 @ 10:21AM

DEFENDANT:  Daniel Raymond, Age 30, Green Street, Souderton, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Raymond in the area of 100 South West End Boulevard for suspended registration. He was subsequently arrested on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Office for Probation Violation. Raymond was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until picked up by the Sheriff’s Department.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT   – February 26, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Juveniles

Quakertown Police referred two male juveniles to The Youth Aid Panel for engaging in a physical altercation at Strayer Middle School, 1200 Ronald Reagan Drive, on 21 February 2018.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – February 26, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Michelle Pietrafitta, Age 25, East Roosevelt Blvd., Phila., PA

Quakertown Police cited Pietrafitta for the damages that occurred during a disturbance at New Vitae, 133 East Broad Street, on 11 January 2018.

POSSESSION – February 25, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Demetrius Greene, Age 25, S. Old Bethlehem Pike, Quakertown

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia against Greene stemming from further investigation into a  traffic stop effected on Greene in the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts, 224 West Broad Street, on 10 February 2018.

THEFT BY DECEPTION – February 24, 2018

DEFENDANT:  John McLaughlin, Age 48, Iron Street, Lehighton, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Theft By Failure  to Make Required Disposition of Funds Received, RSP, Theft By Deception, and Theft against McLaughlin for accepting a cashier’s check to purchase a tractor trailer of returned goods for resale and failing to do so. WARRANT – February 24, 2018 @ 6:08PM

DEFENDANT:  Travis Hoover, Age 42, Rolling Hills Rd., Tobyhanna, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Hoover in the area of 203 Madison Court on an active Bench Warrant out of Lehigh County For Failure To Appear. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

FELON NOT TO POSSESS FIREARM   – February 23, 2018 @ 6:49AM

DEFENDANT:  David Blackwell, Age 53, Minor Street, Emmaus, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a traffic accident on Route 309 at Mill Road in the area of the Country Square Shopping Center for three vehicles with no injuries. On scene, and after further investigation, Blackwell was arrested for DUI. A loaded firearm was found on his person along with drugs. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $100,000. Blackwell was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT – February 20, 2018 @ 8:07PM

DEFENDANT:  Kevin Dunn, Age 49, Lacy Avenue, Doylestown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to John’s Plain and Fancy, 50 South West End Boulevard, for a harassment complaint.  On scene, and after further investigation, Dunn was arrested on a warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for a parole violation. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the sheriffs

THEFT OF SERVICES – February 18, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Jason Hill, Age 43, 4^th Street, Pennsburg, PA

Quakertown Police filed Theft Charges against Hill for obtaining services from Carr Tire and Automotive, 211 East Broad Street, on 7 February 2018, and failing to pay for those services. Hill is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

DEFENDANT:  Jennifer Waltz, Age 35, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Waltz at 529 East Broad Street after locating her in a bed on the second floor. This residence had been condemned and Waltz had been advised before and was recently arrested for trespassing at this residence.

PUBLIC DRUNKENESS   – February 14, 2018 @ 6:17PM

DEFENDANT:  Margi Renninger, Age 56, Richlandtown Pike, Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a well being check on South Main Street in the area of Park Avenue. The report of a white female, possibly intoxicated, sitting in the middle of the roadway with traffic stopped around her. On scene, and after further investigation, Renninger was arrested.  She was arraigned by Magistrate Seaman and was committed to Bucks County Prison.

FELON NOT TO POSSESS A FIREARM – February 14, 2018 @ 7:50PM

FLIGHT TO AVOID APPREHENSION

DEFENDANT:  Zachery Belverio, Age 24, N. Delaware Ave., Mount Bethel, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to assist a State Parole Agent at 31 South 6^th Street. On scene, and after further investigation, Belverio was arrested for violating parole. He was arraigned by Magistrate Seaman and bail was set at $75,000. Belverio was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DUI   – February 6, 2018 @ 2:40PM

DEFENDANT:  Eric Ritter, Age 36, Violet Ct., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a traffic accident in the area of Boston Market, 69 North West End Boulevard. On scene, and after further investigation, Ritter was arrested for driving under the influence.

DUI / HIT & RUN  – February 1, 2018 @ 7:29PM

DEFENDANT:  Steven Killion, Age 31, Heller Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Killion in the area of 45 North Hellertown Avenue for erratic driving. After further investigation, Killion was arrested for hitting a parked vehicle on North Hellertown Avenue, not stopping, and driving under the influence.
