Quakertown Police arrested Fratrik at 109 Jefferson Court for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to Bucks County Prison on a Probation Violation and awaits arraignment on Quakertown charges.

RETAIL THEFT – December 21, 2018

DEFENDANT:  David Riviello, Age 34, Bethlehem Pike, North Wales, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Riviello for unlawfully taking items from Pep Boys, 222 South West End Boulevard, between 28 November through 21 December 2018. He was arraigned by Magistrate Duple and bail was set at $15,000 unsecured.

HARASSMENT – December 21, 2018 @ 3:17PM

DEFENDANT:  John Williams, Age 62, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Williams for his involvement in an altercation that occurred at the Quakertown House located at 219 East Broad Street.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF / DISORDERLY CONDUCT – December 22, 2018

DEFENDANT:  John Given, Age 35, Whiting Road, Phila., PA

Quakertown Police cited Given for his inappropriate conduct displayed following a motorist dispute that occurred in the area of Route 309 near Trumbauersville Road on 17 December 2018.

THE FOLLOWING individuals were arrested as a result of a joint narcotics investigation between Quakertown Borough Police Department and Pennsylvania State Police, with assistance from Hilltown Township Police Department targeting the property of 1740 Pine Creek Drive in Trumbauersville Borough. After various tips and calls for service regarding suspected drug activity, a search warrant was executed. A quantity of Methamphetamines and a firearm were recovered as a result and three arrests were made, all on state or county probation.

DEFENDANT:  Matthew Hye, Age 26, 1740 Pine Creek Drive, Quakertown, PA

Matthew Raheem Hye was arraigned in front of Judge Seaman via video on PWID, PWID conspiracy, Persons not to Possess Firearms, and related. Judge Seaman set bail as a cash percentage bail of $125,000 which Hye was unable to post and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT:  Christine Phillips, Age 48, 1740 Pine Creek Drive, Quakertown, PA

Christine L. Phillips was arraigned in front of Judge Seaman via video on PWID, PWID Conspiracy and related charges. Judge Seaman set bail as a cash percentage bail of $75,000 which Phillips was unable to post and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT:  Kasey Davies, Age 24, 215 Jefferson Street, Bristol, PA

Kasey Renee Davies was video arraigned in front of Judge Seaman  due to probation issuing a detainer as well as on her with new charges of Possession, Possession Conspiracy and related charges being filed.  Judge Seaman set Davies' bail also as a cash percentage bail of $10000 which she was unable to post and along with the detainer remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police were dispatched for a traffic accident at 625 East Broad Street, not involving injury. On scene, and after further investigation, Kelly was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Quakertown Police cited Bergey for Public Drunkenness in the area of 1315 West Broad Street.

DEFENDANT:  Sarah Leslie, Age 24, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Leslie in the area of 1215 West Broad Street on an active warrant for a probation violation out of the City of Philadelphia. On search incident to arrest, suspected controlled substance and drug paraphernalia were located. Leslie was arraigned by Magistrate Armitage and bail was set at $50,000. She was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Polukis (driver) for expired registration in the area of 100 South West End Boulevard. Due to suspended OLN as well, vehicle was impounded. Suspected controlled substance and paraphernalia were located. Burg (passenger) was found to be wanted out of Bucks County. On search incident to arrest, a spring assisted knife, suspected controlled substance and paraphernalia were located on his person. Burg was arraigned by Magistrate Baranoski and bail was set at $50,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT – December 15, 2018 @ 8:45PM

DEFENDANT:  Jason Reinert, Age 42, N. Main Street, Trumbauersville, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Reinert at 35 North 3^rd Street on an active arrest warrant out of Montgomery County. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police filed charges of Simple Assault and Harassment against a male juvenile as a result of a physical altercation that occurred at a residence on Alan Lane.

DRUG POSSESSION – December 13, 2018 @ 11:05AM

DEFENDANT:  Robert Rush, Age 56, Mill Pond Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police took custody of Rush for Parole Violations, then filed charges of Possession of  a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia, stemming from search incident to arrest.  Rush was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $100,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DUI / HIT & RUN / POSSESSION – December 12, 2018 @ 5:45PM

DEFENDANT:  Aaron Shafer, Age 24, Congressional Cir. Reading, PA

Quakertown Police were detailed to the 700 block of Juniper Street for a reported hit and run crash that just occurred involving five vehicles and the driver fled the scene.  After further investigation, Shafer was arrested. Suspected drug paraphernalia was found on his person and suspected controlled substances in the vehicle.

Quakertown Police filed charges against a male juvenile for a drug violation that occurred on 5 December 2018 at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

Quakertown Police arrested McCarthy in the area of 1317 West Broad Street on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear.  He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

DUI – December 9, 2018 @ 11:47PM

DEFENDANT:  Christopher Lux, Age 33, S Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Lux for erratic driving and not signaling properly in the area of East Broad Street and South Hellertown Avenue. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. On search incident to arrest, open alcoholic beverages were found in the vehicle.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT / PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – Dec. 7, 2018 @ 11:48PM

DEFENDANT:  Bryon Sierra Sanchez, Age 22, S. Bradford St., Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 1113 West Mill Street for the report of a white male walking down the street kicking cars and had just broken a headlight on a silver truck. On scene and after further investigation, Sanchez was identified and found to be intoxicated.

THEFT / RSP  –  December 5, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Angelo Rivera, Age 35, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police filed Theft and Receiving Stolen Property charges against Rivera for stealing from employees while employed at Arby’s Restaurant, 175 North West End Boulevard. Quakertown Police filed Theft and Receiving Stolen Property charges against Ward for unlawfully taking prescription pills from the residence at 416 East Broad Street.

FORGERY / ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD – December 5, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Cody Godshall, Age 27, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Godshall for stealing cash and making fraudulent purchases with stolen credit cards while employed at Savage Tree Service. Godshall is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.
