FORGERY / THEFT BY DECEPTION – August 31, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Courtney Willemet, Age 24, North 7^th Street, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Forgery and Theft By Deception against Willemet stemming from further investigation into an incident that occurred at QNB Bank located at 15 North 3^rd Street on 4 May 2018. Willemet was arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Petrucci. Bail was set at $50,000 and she was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DUI / ACCIDENT – August 31, 2018 @ 10:35PM

DEFENDANT:  David Loudermilk, Age 56, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 45 South 7^th Street for the report of an accident involving a Dodge Ram truck into a parked vehicle.  On scene, and after further investigation, Loudermilk was arrested for driving under the influence.

WARRANT   –  August 30, 2018 @ 7:15PM

DEFENDANT: Jessica Olivo, Age 30, Jefferson Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Olivo at 109 Jefferson Court on warrants out of Montgomery County. She was turned over to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

BURGLARY – August 29, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Cassandra Batcsics, Age 24, Berks Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft, and RSP charges against Batcsics stemming from an investigation into a Theft complaint at 34 Berks Court reported and occurring in March 2018. Batcsics was arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Gaier. Bail was set at $50,000 and she was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DUI / RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT   –  August 27, 2018 @ 12:45AM

DEFENDANT: Felix Alverez, Age 33, North 22^nd Street, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Alverez in the area of 1 North West End Boulevard for erratic driving. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and having a 3 year old child in the vehicle at the time.

WARRANT   –  August 28, 2018 @ 2:47PM

DEFENDANT: Ryan Foulks, Age 32, S. Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Foulks in the area of South 4^th Street and Erie Avenue on a warrant out of Montgomery County for Probation Violation. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

HARASSMENT / CRIMINAL MISCHIEF   –  August 28, 2018

DEFENDANT: Christian Bedford, Age 21, Yankee Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Bedford for Harassment and Criminal Mischief stemming from further investigation into a physical altercation that occurred on 23 August 2018 in Memorial Park, 700 East Mill Street.

WARRANT – August 27, 2018 @ 12:45AM

DEFENDANT:  Christopher Folkman, Age 31, N. Ambler Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Folkman in the area of Johnson Lane at Quakers Way on a warrant out of Bucks County for Probation Violation. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

DEFENDANT:  Christian Bedford, Age 21, Yankee Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Bedford for Public Drunkenness in Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – August 25, 2018 @ 12:12AM

DEFENDANT:  Daniel Chew, Age 27, Tierney Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 26 Tierney Court for the report of a 911 hang-up. On scene, officers were informed of a physical altercation that had just taken place. After further investigation, Chew was arrested and charged with Simple Assault and Harassment. He was arraigned by Magistrate Finello and bail was set at $25,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

POSSESSION – August 24, 2018 @ 11:08PM

DEFENDANTS:  Juveniles

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a male juvenile for running a red light in the area of Front Street at South Hellertown Avenue. After further investigation, both male juveniles in vehicle were found to be in possession of Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. One juvenile was referred to the Youth Aid Panel while the other had charges filed.

WARRANT – August 24, 2018 @ 10:35AM

DEFENDANT:  Maria Weckesser, Age 32, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Weckesser at Red Lion Inn, 4 South Main Street, on an active warrant out of Lewistown Police Department in Mifflin County, PA for Possession of Paraphernalia. She was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $25,000. Weckesser was turned over to the Constable from Mifflin County.

DUI   –  August 22, 2018 @ 7:33PM

DEFENDANT: Lisa Johnstone, Age 56, Schukraft Road, Quakertown (NFA)

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the parking lot of Applebee’s Restaurant, 145 North West End Boulevard, for the report of an intoxicated female in a maroon jeep. On scene and after further investigation, Johnstone was arrested for DUI.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – August 21, 2018 @ 9:35PM

DEFENDANT:  Daniel Davis, Age 38, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Davis after further investigation into a Domestic Assault that occurred on 19 August 2018 at the residence of 461 East Broad Street. Davis was arraigned by Magistrate Vislosky and bail was set at $100,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison

WARRANT / AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – August 20, 2018 @ 6:03PM

DEFENDANT:  Troy Kaminski, Age 19, Colonial Drive, E. Greenville, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 607 East Broad Street for the report of a wanted subject. On scene and after warrant confirmation, police took Kaminski in custody on a Probation Violation Warrant out of the Juvenile Probation Office in Norristown, PA. In the process, Kaminski resisted arrest, kicked a police officer, and gave false identification. Arrest was completed and Kaminski was transported to Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

POSSESSION   –  August 17, 2018 @ 2:56AM

DEFENDANT: Brianna Richards, Age 23, Moyers Station Rd., Sckuykill Haven PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Richards in the area of Route 309 and Pumping Station Road for erratic driving. She was subsequently arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving Under Suspension.

WARRANT – August 17, 2018 @ 10:04AM

DEFENDANT:  Thomas Sands, Age 24, Lehnenberg Road, Riegelsville, PA

Thomas Sands arrived at Quakertown Police Department to turn himself in on an active Bench Warrant out of Bucks County. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD  –  August 15, 2018

DEFENDANT: Joseph Thompson, Age 32, S. Hellertown Ave., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Access Device Fraud, Theft, and Receiving Stolen Property against Thompson stemming from an investigation into a credit card fraud reported on 6 August 2018 from the residence at 18 South Hellertown Avenue.

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of A Small Amount of Marijuana against a male juvenile found to be in possession on West Broad Street.

THEFT  –  August 14, 2018

DEFENDANT: Keegan Parkinson, Age 22, Pleasant View Circle, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Theft, Theft By Deception, and Receiving Stolen Property against Parkinson for stealing over $5,000 from Giant Food Stores located at 1465 West Broad Street between the timeframe of May 20, 2018 and July 31, 2018 during employment with Giant.

Quakertown Police cited Taylor for Public Drunkenness in the area of West Broad Street and North 4^th Street.

WARRANT – August 13, 2018 @ 4:27PM

DEFENDANT:  Jennifer Waltz, Age 35, Route 313, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Waltz in the area of 529 East Broad Street on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Failure To Appear. She was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

RETAIL THEFT – August 11, 2018 @ 1:21PM

DEFENDANT:  Shane Keller, Age 48, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the Rite Aid Store located at 345 West Broad Street for a retail theft of batteries which had just occurred.  After further investigation, Keller was arrested. He was arraigned by Magistrate Baranoski and bail was set at $1500 unsecured.

WARRANT / RESISTING ARREST  –  August 10, 2018 @ 4:39PM

DEFENDANT: Jonathan Winkler, Age 24, Rohrbach Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Winkler on a Probation Violation Warrant in the area of Juniper Street and South 8^th Street. Winkler resisted arrest and tried to run. He was transported to Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – August 10, 2018

Quakertown Police filed charges of Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct against a male juvenile stemming from an investigation into an incident that occurred on 9 August 2018 between 6:00PM and 7:00PM at the Main Street Skate Park.

WARRANT – August 10, 2018 @ 11:03PM

DEFENDANT:  Stephen Fratrik, Age 29, Jefferson Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Fratrik at 109 Jefferson Court on multiple active warrants. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

WARRANT / RESISTING ARREST / POSSESSION – August 10, 2018 @ 1:55PM

DEFENDANT:  Shawn Boissonneault, Age 33, Redwood Drive, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Boissonneault in the area of 304 Park Avenue on two outstanding warrants out of Bucks County. He resisted arrest and search incident to arrest revealed drug paraphernalia on his person.  He was transported to Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.
