Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile at the Quakertown High School located at 600 Park Avenue for his involvement in a physical altercation.

 WARRANT   –  April 27, 2018 @ 10:00AM

DEFENDANT:  Anthony Gagliano, Age 53, West 4^th Street, Bethlehem, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Gagliano at 1021 Park Avenue on a warrant out of Philadelphia Northwest Detectives. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Philadelphia.

POSSESSION – April 26, 2018 @ 10:22AM

DEFENDANT:  Daniel McKenney, Age 41, North Main St., Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 45 North 4^th Street for the report of a white male subject staggering down the roadway. On scene, and after further investigation, McKenney was arrested for Public Drunkenness. On search incident to arrest, suspected synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located on his person.

Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile at the Quakertown High School located at 600 Park Avenue for his involvement in a physical altercation resulting in the other male juvenile taken to the hospital.

Quakertown Police arrested two females and one male at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on Saturday 21 April 2018. Cooper had an active warrant out of Quakertown Police for Criminal Mischief . Atkins had a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear. Light had two Bench Warrants for Probation Violation and one Bench Warrant for Parole Violation, all out of Bucks County.

POSSESSION  –   April 20, 2018 @ 12:44AM

DEFENDANT:  Marquis Ellis, Age 22, Bristol Road Warrington, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the area of 117 South West End Boulevard. Ellis, a passenger, has been referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel Program as he was in possession of suspected marijuana.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – April 20, 2018 @ 7:00AM

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for activating the fire alarm at Quakertown Community High School located at 600 Park Avenue.

TOBACCO COMPLIANCE

On April 19, 2018 between the hours of 3:00PM and 5:00PM, Tobacco Compliance Checks in coordination with the Council of Southeast PA were completed at eleven Borough Stores possessing a tobacco sales license. All eleven stores were in compliance and did not sell to a minor.

HARASSMENT – April 19, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Cara Sheeran, Age 21, St. Joseph Road, Limeport, PA

Quakertown Police cited Sheeran for Harassment stemming from a further investigation into an incident that occurred on 9 April 2018 at the ER in St. Lukes Hospital, 1021 Park Avenue.

WARRANT  –   April 14, 2018 @ 2:40AM

DEFENDANT:  Rafael Capellan-Diaz, Age 19, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle for pulling a u-turn in the area of Route 309 and Park Avenue. Diaz, a passenger, was subsequently arrested on a warrant out of the Allentown Police Department.  He was turned over to Allentown PD.

UNDERAGE - ALCOHOL POSSESSION – April 16, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel stemming from an investigation into an incident involving alcohol that occurred on 12 April 2018 at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

PFA VIOLATION  –   April 12, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Matthew Lambinus, Age 43, 4 South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Lambinus at 4 South Main Street for violating a Protect From Abuse Order on 11 April 2018. He was arraigned by Magistrate Armitage and bail was set at $20,000. Lambinus was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

POSSESSION – April 12, 2018 @ 10:42PM

DEFENDANT:  Richard Landis, Age 60, 200 West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Landis at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, for possessing suspected Methamphetamine, suspected Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia.

POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA   –   April 7, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Dora Kutsopias, Age 28, East Broad St., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Kutsopias stemming from further investigation into an incident that occurred at 505 East Broad Street on 14 February 2018.

WARRANT – POSSESSION  -  April 5, 2018

DEFENDANTS:  Jared Snider, Age 25, No Fixed Abode

                           Thomas Sell, Age 30, Scenic View Lane, Hellertown, PA

Quakertown Police responded to the rear lot at 216 Apple Street for a well being check on two individuals sleeping in a vehicle. After further investigation, Snider was arrested on an active warrant out of the Pennsylvania State Board of Probation and Parole and charges of Possession of Suspected Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against both Snider and Sell.

BURGLARY   –   April 5, 2018

DEFENDANT:  David Olsen, Age 39, Horsham Road, Horsham, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft, and RSP against Olsen stemming from an incident that occurred on 25 March 2018 at the residence located at 27 South 3^rd Street.

POSSESSION – April 5, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Travis Snider, Age 19, Fox Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana against Snider stemming from an incident that occurred on 27 March 2018 in the parking lot of John’s Plain and Fancy Diner, 50 South West End Boulevard.

DEFENDANT:  Davon Bennett-Robinson, Age 20, Allison St., Phila., PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Robinson in the area of South West End Boulevard and Tollgate Road for speeding.  He was subsequently arrested for Possession of suspected Marijuana.
