DISORDERLY CONDUCT – May 25, 2017 @ 6:29PM

DEFENDANT:  Joshua Swann, Age 22, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Swann for Disorderly Conduct at Speedway, 140 South West End Boulevard.

BURGLARY – May 24, 2017 @ 6:09PM

DEFENDANT:  John Nau, Age 57, North Main Street, Trumbauersville, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Nau at 725 West Broad Street for smashing a window and attempting to break in the first floor.  He was arraigned by Judge Peranteau and bail was set at $40,000. Nau was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

POSSESSION / WARRANT    –  May 23, 2017 @ 5:51PM

DEFENDANT:  Andrew Zwickl, Age 33, Clemmer Lane, Palm, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Zwickl in the area of 100 South West End Boulevard for expired inspection. He was subsequently arrested for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Zwickl had an active warrant out of the Lehigh County Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear for Possession of Marijuana Charges. He was turned over to Lehigh County Sheriff’s Department.

HARASSMENT    –  May 22, 2017 @ 9:30AM

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Program for her inappropriate postings on Instagram regarding a student and teacher at Strayer Middle School.

SIMPLE  ASSAULT    –  May 22, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Keith Rapine, Age 52, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Rapine stemming from further investigation into a physical altercation that occurred at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on 17 May 2017.

DUI – May 22, 2017 @ 8:01PM

DEFENDANT:  Natalie Kaufman, Age 48, Edwards Drive, Churchville, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 1465 West Broad Street for the report of a speeding and reckless driver who may be intoxicated.  On scene, and after further investigation, Kaufman was located and arrested for driving under the influence.

WARRANT    –  May 21, 2017 @ 6:05PM

DEFENDANT:  Richard Miller, Age 58, No Fixed Abode                         

Quakertown Police arrested Miller at 429 Juniper Street on active warrants out of Bucks and Northampton Counties. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT:  Douglas Shaw, Age 47, Dewsbury Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of Route 663 near Route 309 for the report of a 2 vehicle accident.  On scene, and after further investigation, Shaw was arrested for driving under the influence.

HARASSMENT – May 13, 2017 @ 4:38PM

DEFENDANT:  Seann Jackson, Age 35, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police cited Jackson for Harassment in the area of 200 ½ Front Street.

RESISTING ARREST    –  May 1, 2017 @ 11:40AM

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges of Resisting Arrest and Harassment against a male juvenile stemming from an incident that occurred at the residence of 70 Braithwaite Lane.
