WARRANT   –  March 30, 2017 @ 10:23AM

DEFENDANT:  Nathan Frederick, Age 23, South 11^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Frederick at 339 South 11^th Street on a warrant out of Bucks County for Failure To Appear.  He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office.

POSSESSION   –  March 29, 2017 @ 12:52PM

DEFENDANT:  Ryan Cornelius, Age 31, Neighbors Way, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched for a well being check in the area of 109 West Broad Street for the report of a male passed out against the wall with a black backpack, wearing a black baseball hat and a grey sweatshirt. On scene, and after further investigation, Cornelius was identifed and suspected heroin was found in his possession. He was arrested and then arraigned by Magistrate Armitage due to violating his Montgomery County Probation. Bail was set at $20,000 and Cornelius was remanded to Bucks County Prison.  

DUI   –  March 24, 2017 @ 7:09 PM

DEFENDANT:  Diane Blichasz, Age 59, Middle Road, Dublin, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the parking lot of Pet Valu, 1465 West Broad Street, in reference to the report of a possible impaired driver that was swerving all over the road and currently parked in the lot. On scene, and after further investigation, Blichasz was arrested for driving under the influence. Due to violating her Bucks County Probation, she was arraigned by Magistrate Daly. Bail was set at $2,000 and Blichasz was remanded to Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT / POSSESSION / RECKLESS ENDANGERING

Defendant:  Andrea Brown, Age 28, Schukraft Road, Quakertown, PA

POSSESSION  /  WARRANT   –  March 23, 2017 @ 4:05AM

DEFENDANT:  Peter Myers, Age 23, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 60 Alan Lane for a vagrancy complaint. On scene, and after further investigation, Myers was found to be trespassing and wanted out of Pennsylvania State Parole. When arrested, suspected marijuana was found on his person. Myers was arraigned by Magistrate Schnell and bail was set at $5000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT   –  March 20, 2017 @ 10:02PM

DEFENDANT:  Emily Brown, Age 30, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed Aggravated Assault and related charges against Brown for assaulting a security officer at St. Luke’s Hospital, 1021 Park Avenue.

WARRANT – March 19, 2017 @ 9:29PM

DEFENDANT:  Brian Barndt, Age 27, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Barndt in the area of 1313 West Broad Street on a warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Office.

WARRANT   –  March 17, 2017 @ 8:59PM

DEFENDANT:  Stephen Fratrik, Age 28, Yankee Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Fratrik in the area of 1465 West Broad Street for suspended registration. Fratrik was then arrested on a warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Office.

DUI / ENDANGERING WELFARE   –  March 6, 2017 @ 4:15PM

DEFENDANT:  Angelique Tavares, Age 21, East Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA

Quakertown Police responded to Yum Yum Donuts, 1461 West Broad Street, for a report  that a female driving a black Audi had been driving recklessly and was now in the parking lot changing a flat tire and appeared intoxicated. On scene, and after further investigation, Tavares was arrested for driving under the influence. She had her (4) year old daughter with her and suspected marijuana and paraphernalia were found in Taveres’s possession.

UNDERAGE ALCOHOL – March 6, 2017 @ 11:30AM

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited a female juvenile for drinking alcohol before coming to Quakertown High School, 600 Park Avenue.

DRUG SALES – March 6, 2017

DEFENDANT: Lawson Young, Age 43, South Main Street, Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Manufacture of Controlled Substance, Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, Possession of Heroin and Fentanyl, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Reckless Endangering against Young stemming from an investigation into an overdose incident that occurred on 10 January 2017 outside the area of 500 Juniper Street. Young is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

OBSTRUCTING HIGHWAYS   –  March 2, 2017 @ 4:34PM

DEFENDANT:  Allan Triminio, Age 33, California Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Triminio for stopping traffic driving along the roadway in the area of West Mill Street and North Main Street and asking for money and cigarettes.
