DEFENDANT:  Amber Godshall, Age 25, Plymouth Court, Quakertown, PA                 

Quakertown Police arrested Godshall at 222 Plymouth Court on an active warrant out of Bucks County for absconding probation. She was transported to Bucks County Prison.

POSSESSION   –  June 29, 2017 @ 1:58AM

DEFENDANT:  Jose Figueroa, Age 48, South West End Blvd., Quakertown, PA                  

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Figueroa in the area of 415 South West End Boulevard for faulty rear lights. He was subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled substance, suspected marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

 

CURFEW VIOLATION – June 28, 2017 @ 12:50AM

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited a female juvenile for Curfew Violation in Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street.

HARASSMENT / DISORDERLY CONDUCT   –  June 26, 2017

DEFENDANT:  William Coletta, Age 57, Quakertown, PA                  

Quakertown Police cited Coletta for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct after further investigation into a disturbance that occurred on 8 June 2017 at Top Auto Center, located at 183 South West End Boulevard.

 

WARRANT – June 26, 2017 @ 11:15AM

DEFENDANT:  Cinque Sisk, Age 45, Matthews Street, Phila. PA

Quakertown Police arrested Sisk in the area of 466 South 9^th Street on a warrant out of Philadelphia for Armed Robbery.  He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – June 25, 2017 @ 10:05PM

DEFENDANT:  Danielle Dick, Age 37, South 7^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Dick for Public Drunkenness in the area of 503 West Broad Street.

 

UNDERAGE DRINKING – June 25, 2017 @ 6:26AM

DEFENDANT:  JUVENILE

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for Underage Drinking in the area of 301 New Street.

 

WARRANT/POSSESSION    –  June 24, 2017 @ 3:53PM

 

DEFENDANT:  Jessica Olivo, Age 29, Jefferson Court, Quakertown, PA                     

Quakertown Police arrested Olivo in the area of 1465 West Broad Street on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear. On search incident to arrest, suspected heroin and paraphernalia were found in her possession.

RETAIL THEFT – June 25, 2017

DEFENDANTS:  Ann Conroy, Age 50, East Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA

                           Lisa Watson, Age 46, South Walnut Street, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police filed Retail Theft, Conspiracy, and Receiving Stolen Property charges against Conroy and Watson for unlawfully taking over $800 of merchandise from Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street on 8 May

 2017.

 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – June 24, 2017 @ 10:56PM

DEFENDANT:  Evan Maher, Age 24, West 2^nd St., East Greenville, PA

Quakertown Police cited Maher for his involvement in a road rage incident which occurred in the area of 609 South West End Boulevard.

SIMPLE ASSAULT    –  June 21, 2017 @ 7:26PM

DEFENDANT:  Jasminelee Rodriguez, Age 21, Belmont Avenue, Quakertown, PA      

Quakertown Police were advised of a domestic in progress at 16 Belmont Avenue, Unit 1. On scene, and after further investigation, Rodriguez was arrested for assaulting another female in the residence. She was arraigned by Magistrate Falcone and bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.

 

RETAIL THEFT    –  June 19, 2017 @ 10:43AM

DEFENDANT:  Nancy Marie Sowers, Age 42, Pleasantview Road, Coopersburg                          

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street, for the report of a retail theft.  On scene, and after further investigation, Sowers was arrested for unlawfully taking a hair care product off the shelf and returning it to customer service for a pack of cigarettes.

WARRANT – June 18, 2017 @ 7:14AM

DEFENDANTS:  Barry Free, Age 42, Jefferson Court, Quakertown, PA

                           Erin Dunzweiler, Age 27, Berwick Pl., Lansdale, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Free and Dunzweiler at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on active warrants out of Bucks County. Free also had a warrant out of Northampton County. Both were temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

 

WARRANT    –  June 16, 2017 @ 1:59PM

DEFENDANTS:  Michael Dirocco, Age 31, Fifth Street, Perkasie, PA

                           Steven Scott, Age 28, South Main Street, Dublin, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Dirocco in the area of East Mill Street and North Hellertown Avenue for speeding. Dirocco was found to be wanted out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department and taken into custody. Scott was the passenger in the vehicle and was also found to be wanted out of the state of Georgia. Suspected Methamphetamine and paraphernalia were found in his possession.  Both Dirocco and Scott were transported to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT: Allan Triminio, Age 34, California Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Triminio for panhandling in front of Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

HARASSMENT    –  June 14, 2017 @ 5:15PM

DEFENDANT:  Johnny Witherspoon, Age 29, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Witherspoon for his inappropriate behavior conducted at New Vitae, 133 East Broad Street.

PROHIBITED OFFENSIVE WEAPONS    –  June 12, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Kyle Young, Age 27, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

On 8 June 2017 at 2:59PM, Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 658 East Broad Street for the report of a male versus female domestic in progress.  After further investigation, Young has been charged with Prohibited Offense Weapons after police found (2) knives in his possession.

 

POSSESSION / ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN – June 12, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Tylor Klipple, Age 23, Williams Church Road, Hellertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the parking lot of McDonalds, 2 North West End Boulevard, at 10:05PM for the report of a male sitting in the rear seat of a black vehicle doing drugs while children were in the vehicle.  On scene, and after further investigation, Klipple was arrested.

Quakertown police cited a female juvenile in the area of West Broad Street and 7^th Street for violating the curfew ordinance.

 

RETAIL THEFT    –  June 11, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Jacquelyn Gidlewski, Age 56, S. Old Bethlehem Pike, Quakertown

Quakertown Police filed Retail Theft charges against Gidlewski for unlawfully taking flowers and pots, without paying for them, from Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street, on 8 June 2017.
