Quakertown Police cited Inverso for Public Drunkenness at the carnival grounds in Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street.

UNDERAGE ALCOHOL   –  July 30, 2017 @ 12:58AM

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of 331 West Broad Street for failing to completely stop at a stop sign and turning without a signal. Upon further investigation, a male juvenile passenger was cited for Underage Drinking.

RETAIL THEFT   –   July 27, 2017 @ 4:35PM

DEFENDANT: Tracie Beene, Age 60, Front Street, Quakertown, PA                                                    

Quakertown Police arrested Beene for unlawfully taking alcoholic beverages from the Wine & Spirits Shoppe located at 1465 West Broad Street and then resisting arrest by police.

POSSESSION   –  July 26, 2017 @ 4:28PM

DEFENDANT: Timothy Warris, Age 34, North Penrose Street, Quakertown, PA                                   

Quakertown Police arrested Warris outside of the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – July 22, 2017 @ 5:31PM

DEFENDANT:  Samantha Cieri, Age 18, Kumry Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Cieri for allegedly assaulting numerous staff members at St. Luke’s Hospital Emergency Room, 1021 Park Avenue, on 21 – 22 July 2017.

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel for drinking alcohol while at the Sarah Parvin Soccer Fest, located at 221 California Road.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – July 20, 2017 @ 11:34AM

DEFENDANT:  Christopher Transue, Age 24, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, Room 322, for the report of a male beating up on a female.  On scene, and after further investigation, Transue was arrested. He was arraigned by Magistrate Deatelhouser and bail was set at $5000 unsecured.

Quakertown Police cited Triminio for Defiant Trespass at Giant Foods Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

WARRANT   –  July 16, 2017 @ 3:55PM

DEFENDANT: Theresa Gilmore, Age 34, Ronnald Drive, Phila., PA                               

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Gilmore in the area of Route 313 and North Ambler Street for suspended registration. She was subsequently arrested on a warrant out of Falls Township for Criminal Trespass. Gilmore was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Falls Township Police.

WARRANT   –  July 13, 2017 @ 8:31PM

DEFENDANT: Michael Trunk, Age 31, Lexington Way, Perkasie, PA                                       

Quakertown Police arrested Trunk in the area of 224 West Broad Street on an active warrant out of Bucks County for Parole Violation. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police arrested two male juveniles in the area of Swans Pantry, 240 South West End Boulevard, for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Both boys were referred to Youth Aid Panel.

CARRYING FALSE ID / UNDERAGE DRINKING   –  July 10, 2017 @ 10:19PM

DEFENDANTS: Brent Christman, Age 18, Domarray St., Coopersburg, PA

Quakertown Police cited Christman for presenting False Identification at Applebee’s Restaurant, 145 North West End Boulevard, to purchase and consume alcohol.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS / POSSESSION / WARRANT   –  July 11, 2017 @ 1:15PM

DEFENDANT: Diana Gardner, Age 58, Rocky Valley Road, Quakertown, PA                                        

Quakertown Police were advised of an attempted Burglary in-progress at 10 South Hellertown Avenue. On scene, and after further investigation, Gardner was arrested. On search incident to arrest, a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia were found in her possession. In addition, she was found to be wanted out of Montgomery County for a Parole Violation. Gardner was arraigned by Magistrate Deatelhauser and bail was set at $10,000. She was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT – July 11, 2017 @ 9:06PM

DEFENDANT:  Jennifer Malaggese, Age 34, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Malaggese at 529 East Broad Street on an active warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear. She was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

HARASSMENT – July 2, 2017 @ 9:14PM

DEFENDANT:  Seann Jackson, Age 35, NW End Boulevard, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Jackson for harassment after he was found screaming outside of the residence at 200 ½ Front Street

Quakertown Police arrested Maready at 31 South 6^th Street for Possession of Suspected Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.

Quakertown Police filed charges of Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle against Englert for taking a vehicle without the owner’s permission at Quakertown West Apartments, 480 South 9^th Street.
