BAD CHECKS – February 28, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Leslie Stempin, Age 41, Florida Avenue, West Wyoming, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Bad Checks against Stempin for writing a bad check at an auction held by Sellersville Auction on 13 July 2016.

POSSESSION   –  February 27, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Luke Williams, Age 29, Dewsbury Lane, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Controlled Substance against Williams stemming from an incident that occurred on 13 February 2017 in the area of 3 Dewsbury Lane.

THEFT – February 27, 2017

DEFENDANT:  John Eskaff Jr., Age 28, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police filed charges of Theft and Receiving Stolen Property against Eskaff stemming from an investigation into a theft of jewely, electronics, and money that occurred on or about 6 January 2017 at the residence at 20 Alan Lane.

TRESPASS / RESISTING ARREST – February 24 and February 26, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Michael McGuigan, Age 33, No Fixed Abode 

Quakertown Police cited McGuigan on February 24, 2017 at 9:56PM for trespassing at the Best Western, 1446 West Broad Street, after having been previously warned he is not allowed on the premises. Police were dispatched on February 26, 2017 @ 9:39PM for the report of an unwanted subject at Plain and Fancy Diner located at 50 SouthWest End Boulevard. When police arrived, McGuigan became combative and resisted arrest. He was apprehended, arrested, and arraigned by Magistrate Baranoski and bail was set at $25,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DUI / ACCIDENT – February 25, 2017 @ 12:24AM

DEFENDANT:  Jennifer Bauer, Age 42, Snyder Road, Lansdale, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of an accident reported as one vehicle vs. a parked car in the area of 9 South Hellertown Avenue. On scene, and after further investigation, the driver, Bauer, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – February 25, 2017 @ 6:50PM

DEFFENDANT:  Anton Stewart, Age 31, S. Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police responded to 143 South Hellertown Avenue for the report of a domestic in progress. On scene, and after further investigation, Stewart was arrested while combating the police. He was arraigned by Magistrate Schnell and bail was set at $100,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT – February 25, 2017 @ 8:24PM

DEFENDANT:  Seann Jackson, Age 35, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a domestic in progress on the 3^rd Floor of the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street. Police arrived but Jackson had fled the scene and an arrest warrant was issued. Jackson was located and apprehended. He was arraigned by Magistrate Schnell and bail was set at $25,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

HARASSMENT   –  February 24, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Program for his involvement in a physical altercation that occurred at Strayer Middle School located at 1200 Ronald Reagan Drive on 21 February 2017 during school dismissal.

WARRANT – February 24, 2017 @ 9:58AM

DEFFENDANT:  Ashley Noecker, Age 23, Yankee Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Noecker in the area of Park Avenue and South Main Street on a warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office.  She was temporarily housed at the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Office.

POSSESSION – February 12, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Laura Serok, Age 36, Tohickon Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of A Small Amount of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia against Serok stemming from an investigation into an incident that occurred on 4 January 2017 at 203 Tohickon Avenue.

THEFT / RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY   –  February 10, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Christian Houser, Age 18, Greenview Commons, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed Theft and RSP charges against Houser stemming from an investigation into a bicyle theft that occurred on 18 January 2017 at the A-Plus, 331 West Broad Street.

THEFT / RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY   –  February 10, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Shirley Middleton, Age 42, Richlandtown Pike, Coopersburg, PA

Quakertown Police filed Theft and RSP charges against Middleton stemming from an investigation into a theft from motor vehicle that occurred on 7 February 2017 at the YMCA located at 401 Fairview Avenue.

SEXUAL ASSAULT   –  February 2, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Milton Herrera-Escobar, 19, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Escobar at 4 South Main Street on Aggravated Indecent Assault charges stemming from an incident that occurred on or about 7 September 2016 where Escobar had inappropriate relations with a female juvenile on the railroad tracks near Krupp Park, 301 West Mill Street. He was arraigned by Magistrate Schnell and bail was set at $50,000. Escobar was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
