Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for his involvement in a physical altercation that occurred at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on Monday 11 December 2017 at approximately 7:05AM.

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for electronically transmitting racially motivated statements during school hours at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on Monday 11 December 2017.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT   –  December 20, 2017

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for doing donuts in the rear parking lot of Quakertown High School, off South 5^th Street on 18 December 2017.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – December 20, 2017 @ 9:38PM

DEFENDANT:  Ronald Stango Jr., Age 37, Maple Avenue, Dublin, PA 

Quakertown Police cited Stango for Public Drunkenness in the area of 115 East Broad Street.

POSSESSION – December 20, 2017 @ 4:47PM

DEFENDANT:  Dawn Boyer, Age 57, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the rear alley behind 31 South 6^th Street for the report of a possibly intoxicated white female stumbling around. On scene and after further investigation, Boyer was arrested for Possession of A Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Drunkenness. 

DUI   –  December 19, 2017 @ 2:34AM

DEFENDANT:  Sean Thompson-Ferrero, Age 26, West Broad St.,Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Thompson-Ferrero in the area of West Broad Street and Hickory Drive for erratic driving. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

POSSESSION  –  December 15, 2017 @ 9:55AM

DEFENDANT:  Cynthia Pagano, Age 34, Marian Circle, Chalfont, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a two vehicle accident with no injuries at the Boston Market, 69 North West End Boulevard. On scene and after further investigation, Pagano was arrested for Possession of Suspected Marijuana and Paraphernalia.

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER – December 15, 2017 @ 8:07PM

DEFENDANT:  Zachariah Smith, Age 32, Passer Road, Coopersburg, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 201 East Broad Street, Eagle Bar, for the report of a female subject that was unresponsive as a result of taking heroin. On scene, and after further investigation, Smith was arrested and charged with Possession With Intent To Deliver, other related drug charges, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.  He was arraigned by Magistrate Peranteau and bail was set at $50,000. Smith was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER – February 12, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Joseph Hoff, Age 32, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police filed PWID and related charges against Hoff stemming from an investigation into an incident that occurred on 17 August 2017 in the rear of Dunkin Donuts, 224 West Broad Street. Hoff is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

DEFENDANT:  Jesse Lew, Age 36, South Ambler Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Lew for Disorderly Conduct for his inappropriate behavior conducted at 114 South Ambler Street.

POSSESSION – December 12, 2017 @ 10:00AM

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

On Tuesday,12 December 2017 starting at approximately 0855 hrs. a scheduled K9 detail was performed at the high school deploying two narcotics dogs for the purpose of drug apprehension in the locker pods and rear parking lot. One male juvenile was referred to the Youth Aid Panel for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

LIQUOR LAWS – December 12, 2017 @ 8:00AM

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel for underage drinking at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS  –  December 11, 2017 @ 7:18PM

DEFENDANT:  Adrian Villaneuva Pabon, Age 18, Euclid Street, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Pabon for unlawfully entering into a private residence at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, without permission, pacing around, creating a disturbance and causing the resident to become fearful. He was arraigned by Magistrate Vislosky and bail was set at $25,000. Pabon was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT – December 10, 2017 @ 9:44AM

DEFENDANT:  Ashley Graham, Age 30, South 9^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Graham in the area of Route 309 and Route 313 on a warrant out of Bucks County for Failure To Appear. She was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

DEFIANT TRESPASS – December 10, 2017 @ 9:01PM

DEFENDANT:  Allan Triminio, Age 34, California Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Triminio for Defiant Trespass at Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street, after having been warned and cited numerous times for not being allowed on the premises.

OPEN CONTAINER ORDINANCE  –  December 9, 2017 @ 11:41PM

DEFENDANT:  Amy Kelleman Gould, Age 45, Paletown Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Kelleman Gould for imbibing a Miller High Life in a glass bottle while in the back seat of a vehicle parked in the area of 115 East Broad Street.
