DUI / DRUGS   – August 29, 2017 @ 3:06PM

DEFENDANT:  Ryan Cannon, Age 18, Swetland Road, Doylestown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Cannon in the area of Route 313 and Belmont Street after receiving a report of reckless driving and then observing same. Cannon was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. On search incident to arrest, suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located.

DUI    –  August 27, 2017 @ 5:16PM

DEFENDANT:  Michelle Zebekow, Age 52, Live Oak Drive, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of Live Oak Drive and Milford Square Pike for the report of a one vehicle crash. On scene at 2 Live Oak Drive, further investigation into a knocked down mailbox led to the arrest of Zebekow for driving under the influence.

PFA VIOLATION  – August 20, 2017 @ 1:14PM

DEFENDANT:  Paul Wilske, Age 65, No Fixed Abode

DEFENDANT:  Joseph Hoff, Age 32, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Hoff in the area of 114 Juniper Street on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – August 17, 2017 @ 8:21PM

DEFENDANT:  Raheem Ali, Age 21, South Horseshoe Drive, E. Stroudsburg, PA

Quakertown Police filed Aggravated Assault charges against Ali for assaulting a security officer at St. Lukes Hospital, located at 1021 Park Avenue.

Quakertown Police arrested Glantz and Carpenter in the area of North 4^th Street and Mill Street on shop lifting warrants out of Pennridge Regional Police Department. They were turned over to Pennridge.

RETAIL THEFT – August 16, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Courtney Watkins, Age 19, Erie Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Watkins after further investigation into a Retail Theft that occurred at Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street, on 13 August 2017 at 4:57PM.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS / DISORDERLY CONDUCT – August 15, 2017 @ 8:18AM

DEFENDANT:  Allan Triminio, Age 34, California Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Triminio for knocking on a window of a vehicle, startling the driver, and asking for cigarettes and money in the area of 99 North West End Boulevard.

Quakertown Police filed charges against Gonzalez for assaulting medical personnel at St. Lukes Hospital, located at 1021 Park Avenue.

CONFINEMENT OF DOGS / DANGEROUS DOGS  – August 14, 2017

DEFENDANT: Erica Mercadante, Age 32, Naylor Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Mercadante stemming from an incident that occurred on 1 August 2017 @ 11:30PM in the area of 6 Naylor Court where her dogs ran loose having altercation with another dog and then did not respond with proof of vaccinations as required by state law.

RETAIL THEFT  – August 14, 2017 @ 3:12PM

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street, for the report of a retail theft in progress. On scene, and after further investigation, two female juveniles were arrested for taking makeup items from the store and placing them in backpacks. One juvenile was cited and the other was referred to Youth Aid Panel.

DUI / ACCIDENT / WARRANT – August 14, 2017 @ 10:02AM

DEFENDANT:  Sean Moyer, Age 41, West Summit Street, Souderton, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a traffic accident on Route 309 @ Route 663. On scene, and after further investigation, Moyer was arrested for driving under the influence. He was also found to be wanted out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department and was eventually turned over to them.

Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile in the area of 471 South 10^th Street for Possession of Marijuana, a Controlled Substance, and Paraphernalia.

HARASSMENT – August 14, 2017

Quakertown Police cited Brown for punching another male during a road rage incident that occurred on 8 August 2017 @ 6:34PM in the area of South West End Boulevard and Park Avenue.

HARASSMENT – August 14, 2017 @ 2:23AM

DEFENDANT:  Scott Thompson, Age 38, North Ambler Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 111 North Ambler Street for the report of a domestic. On scene, and after further investigation, Thompson was cited for punching another male in the residence.

Quakertown Police cited Hendricks for allowing her dog to run loose, attacking another dog, and biting a male, all in the area of 219 Lancaster Court.

Quakertown Police arrested Dennis Mack on an active warrant out of Lehigh County Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Lehigh County Sheriffs.

POSSESSION / DISORDERLY CONDUCT – August 9, 2017 @ 10:28AM

DEFENDANT:  Erica Nelson, Age 24, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police responded to the area of 505 East Broad Street for the report of Public Drunkenness in that a female was stumbling in the middle of the roadway and yelling out loud causing a disturbance. On scene, and after further investigation, Nelson was arrested. On search incident to arrest, suspected heroin in paraphernalia were found on her person. Nelson was arraigned by Magistrate Deatelhauser and bail was set at $50,000. She was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT:  Kevin Hausmann, Age 19, West Thatcher Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Hausmann in the area of the Freshman Center, 349 South 9^th Street, for Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – August 9, 2017 @ 9:47PM

DEFENDANT:  Quentin Bucher, Age 37, South 8^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 49 South 8^th Street for the report of a domestic that had just occurred and the male had fled the scene. On scene, and after further investigation, police obtained an arrest warrant for Bucher. RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING / RESISTING  –   August 5, 2017 @ 1:12AM

DEFENDANTS:  Angelica Maready, Age 25, No Fixed Abode, Quakertown

                           Joshua Liedke, Age 27, No Fixed Abode, Allentown                                                    

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Maready (driver) and Liedke (passenger) in the area of Station Road and Memory Lane after receiving reports that this vehicle was reportedly involved in suspicious activity in the area of 329 Juniper Street. During investigation, Maready drove off. Later both defendants fled vehicle and police. Warrants have been issued for Maready and Liedke.

THEFT / RSP / CRIMINAL MISCHIEF -  August 7, 2017

DEFENDANT:  Joshua DeHaven, Age 18, Squaw Lane, Barto, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against DeHaven stemming from investigation into an incident that occurred on 1 June 2017 at Quakertown West Apartments, 491 South 9^th Street, regarding theft from the washing machines.

RETAIL THEFT  –   August 8, 2017 @ 10:17AM

DEFENDANT: Joseph Breyer, Age 31, West Philadelphia Ave., Boyertown,PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Giant Food Stores, 1465 West Broad Street, for the report of a retail theft that just occurred where a male ran out of the store with a shopping cart full of Red Bull and soda without paying for it. On scene, and after further investigation, Quakertown Police filed charges against Breyer and issued an arrest warrant. DEFENDANT:  Walter Drelling, Age 66, New Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 205 New Street for a reported domestic assault, no longer in progress, as the actor had since left the scene. On scene, and after further investigation, Quakertown Police filed charges against Drelling and issued an arrest warrant.
