POSSESSION / PARAPHERNALIA – November 30, 2016 @ 1:19AM

DEFENDANT:  Brad Somers, Age 29, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Somers in the area of South Main Street and Juniper Street for an expired registration. After further investigation, Somers was taken into custody for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.


WARRANT – November 29, 2016 @ 2:22AM

DEFENDANT: Rafael Capellan-Diaz, Age 18, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Diaz at 617 Juniper Street on a warrant issued by Bucks County Juvenile Probation. He was remanded to the Juvenile Detention Center in Edison, New Jersey.

 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT /  RECKLESS DRIVING – November 29 @ 9:13PM

DEFENDANT:  Christopher Lamarche Jr., Age 18, Jefferson Ct, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Lamarche for disorderly conduct and reckless driving for driving at excessive speed and doing donuts in the parking lot at Wendy’s Restaurant, 10 South West End Boulevard.

 


POSSESSION / TERRORISTIC THREATS  – November 10, 2016 @ 6:05PM

DEFENDANTS:  Sara Bruno, Age 33, No Fixed Abode

                           Ronald Reil, Age 38, Periwinkle Avenue, Langhorne, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the parking lot of the Quakertown Plaza at the Yogurt Tree, 1465 West Broad Street, for the report of two disorderly, intoxicated subjects who were engaged in a physical altercation inside a blue Ford truck. On scene, and after further investigation, Bruno and Reil were located near The Pub and  were taken into custody. On search incident to arrest, suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found on Bruno’s person. Ronald Reil resisted arrest and threatened police officers. Both were arraigned by Magistrate Armitage and bail was set for Bruno at $100,00 and $500,000 for Reil as he continued to resist arrest and make vulgar threats. Both were remanded to Bucks County Prison.

 

DRUGS / PROSTITUTION / THEFT – November 10, 2016 @ 2:58PM

DEFENDANT:  Nicole Stahl, Age 32, West 5th Street, Pennsburg, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Stahl and charged her with Theft, Prostitution, and Possession of Drugs stemming from an investigation into an incident that occurred at 523 Juniper Street.

 

WARRANT / POSSESSION   – November 9, 2016 @ 8:20PM

DEFENDANT: Julie Bennett, Age 26, Stone Hearth Lane, Telford, PA                        

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle for no turn on red at the intersection of Rt. 663 and Rt. 309. The passenger, Bennett, was found to be wanted out of Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department for probation violation. On search incident to arrest, drug paraphernalia was found in her possession. Quakertown filed charges then turned her over to Montgomery County Sheriffs.

 

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS   – November 8, 2016 @ 6:48PM

DEFENDANTS: Jesus Miguel Collazo-Garcia, Age 18, Tierney Ct.,Quakertown

                           Jesus Raul Collazo-Garcia, Age 20, Tierney Ct., Quakertown

Quakertown Police were advised of a well-being check on Roan Tree Drive. After further investigation, the Collazo-Garcia brothers were cited for Public Drunkenness.


 

RETAIL THEFT   – November 7, 2016

DEFENDANT: Theresa Wampole, Age 52, State Street, East Greenville, PA                 

Quakertown Police arrested Wampole stemming from an investigation into a Retail Theft that occurred at Giant Food Stores, 1465 West Broad Street, on or about 25 September 2016. Wampole was arraigned by Magistrate Baum and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

 

WARRANT – November 5, 2016 @ 11:55PM

DEFENDANT:  Jeremiah Malcolm, Age 36, Washington Ct., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Malcolm at 106 Washington Court on an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County for Failure to Appear. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Constable for transport to Bucks County Prison.

 

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT / FLEEING POLICE – November 5, 2016 @ 5:06PM

DEFENDANT: Robert Scheetz, Age 78, Hickon Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Scheetz Tool Rental, 640 SW End Boulevard, for a former employee armed with a sledgehammer smashing windows. While police were enroute they were notified that suspect fled scene. Scheetz’s vehicle was located on Southbound Route 309 and refused to bring his vehicle to a stop.  Scheetz engaged in a pursuit with law enforcement officers and intentionally caused a collision with police vehicles, resulting in injuries to police officers. Scheetz was apprehended and was arraigned by Magistrate Waltman and bail was set at $50,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

 


DEFIANT TRESPASS   – November 2, 2016 @ 5:45PM

DEFENDANT: Allan Triminio, Age 33, California Road, Quakertown, PA                       

Quakertown Police cited Triminio for Defiant Trespass after having been previously warned he is not allowed on the premises of Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.


 

THEFT / RSP – November 1, 2016

DEFENDANT:  Marc Salassa, Age 20, Pennington Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Salassa after a warrant was issued for his arrest for unlawfully taking money from Little Caesars, 120 South West End Boulevard, while employed there. Salassa was arraigned by Magistrate Roth and bail was set at $25,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
