Quakertown Police referred two male juveniles to the Youth Aid Panel and cited a third male juvenile for breaking into the water tower at Cedar Grove Park, 2 Berks Court.

BURGLARY - March 3, 2016

DEFENDANT: Colleen Brown, Age 32, Fairview Avenue, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft, and RSP against Brown stemming from an ongoing investigation of a burglary that occurred on South 3rd Street in April of 2013. Brown is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

POSSESSION – March 3, 2016 @ 4:53PM

DEFENDANT: Wayne Brozenske, Age 53, East William Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Brozenske in the area of John Street and Trumbauersville Road for an expired inspection sticker. He was subsequently arrested for Possession of suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

DUI - March 4, 2016 @ 5:53PM

DEFENDANT: Lucretia Seaman, Age 29, East Cherry Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched for the report of a two vehicle traffic accident in the area of Route 309 and South 9th Street. On scene, and after further investigation, Seaman, one of the drivers involved, was arrested for driving under the influence.

Quakertown Police cited Boyer for Public Drunkenness in the area of 1461 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for punching another juvenile in the head in the area of the 1000 block of West Broad Street.

DEFENDANT: Eric Hartz, Age 27, South 14th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the Pub, 1465 West Broad Street, for the report of a fight in progress, 4-5 intoxicated people. On scene, and after further investigation, Hartz was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel for his involvement in a physical altercation that occurred at the Freshman Center, 349 South 9th Street, on Friday 4 March 2016 at 0907 hours.

Quakertown Police arrested Stewart at 625 East Broad Street on a Bench Warrant out of Allentown for Failure to Appear.

Quakertown Police cited Patterson for urinating in public in the parking lot of Pet’s Plus, located at 117 South West End Boulevard.

DEFENDANT – Christine Hendricks, Age 44, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Hendricks for Harassment at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street.

DUI / DRUGS – March 13, 2016 @ 10:04PM

DEFENDANT: Darrell House, Age 55, North Madison Court, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on House in the area of West Broad Street and 10th Street for speeding. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. Suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found on his person and in the vehicle.

WARRANT - March 16, 2016 @ 11:35PM

DEFENDANT: Jennifer Clarke, Age 34, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Clarke in the area of 1229 West Broad Street on an active warrant out of Montgomery County for Bad Checks. She was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – March 16, 2016 @ 7:56PM

DEFENDANT: Vincent Moore, Age 24, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to New Vitae, 16 South Main Street, for the report of a physcial fight in progress between a resident and staff. On scene, and after further investigation, Moore was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.

Quakertown Police assisted Slatington Police Department in arresting Sell at 134 South 4th Street on a PFA warrant.

DEFENDANT: Nicholas Donofrio, Age 36, Freedom Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Donofrio in the area of Route 309 and Route 663 for turning right on red, which is prohibited as signage indicates. He was found to be wanted out of Domestic Relations and search incident to arrest revealed suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

DEFENDANT: Peter Strzelecki, Age 32, Bora Bora Way, Myrna Del Rey, CA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Strzelecki in the area of South 5th Street and West Broad Street for erratic driving. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Quakertown Police responded to the report of a disturbance in the area of New Street and South Hellertown Avenue. On scene, and after further investigation, Plenderleith was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Scattering Rubbish.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Heckler in the area of Route 309 and Route 663 for turning right on red, which is prohibited as signage indicates. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

Quakertown Police filed charges against Monahan for unlawfully taking an Iphone from a customer at the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street, on 21 March 2016.

WARRANT – March 30, 2016 @ 5:32AM

DEFENDANT: Michael Germain, Age 29, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Germain turned himself in at Quakertown Police Department, 35 North 3rd Street, on a Domestic Relations Warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for smoking in the area of North 4th Street and Erie Avenue.

DEFENDANT: Thomas Walsh, Age 57, Main Street, Pennsburg, PA                           

Quakertown Police filed charges against Walsh for assaulting an employee at St. Luke’s Hospital, 1021 Park Avenue.
