AGGRAVATED ASSAULT  – June 7, 2016 @ 4:46PM 

DEFENDANT:  Robert Mace, Age 45,  West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA                          

Quakertown Police arrested Mace for assaulting a female and threatening her with a shotgun at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street. He was arraigned by Magistrate Peranteau and bail was set at $100,000. Mace was remanded to Bucks County Prison.   

WARRANT – June 7, 2016 @ 10:24PM 

DEFENDANT:  Stephen Keyser, Age 38, Lawn Avenue, Sellersville, PA   

Quakertown Police arrested Keyser at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on warrants out of Bucks and Montgomery Counties. He was temporarily housed at police headquarters until turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

RETAIL THEFT  – June 7, 2016 

DEFENDANTS:  Bradley Heitz, Age 22, Parkridge Drive, Perkasie, PA; Michael Kraus, Age 22, West Paletown Road, Quakertown, PA                          

Quakertown Police filed (7) Counts of Retail Theft and RSP against Heitz and Kraus for collectively unlawfully taking $2237.75 of merchandise from various stores from 14 April 2016 thru 17 May 2016 and sold some of the stolen merchandise to American Cash Traders. Heitz and Kraus are currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.   

WARRANT – June 9, 2016 @ 7:20PM 

DEFENDANT:  Joseph Quinn III, Age 50, Front Street, Quakertown, PA   

Quakertown Police arrested Quinn at 200 Front Street on a Bench Warrant out of Montgomery County for Probation Violation.  He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

DUI   – June 10, 2016 @ 10:13AM 

DEFENDANT: Brian Brebner, Age 60, West Walnut Street, Perkasie, PA                                                     

Quakertown Police were advised of an erratic vehicle being driven on Route 313. Vehicle pulled over in the area of Route 313 and Route 212. Officers found the vehicle parked on the shoulder of East Broad Street at South Ambler Street with driver inside.  After further investigation, Brebner was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.  He was then charged with disorderly conduct for his conduct at police station and was arraigned by Magistrate Roth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Brebner was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police referred two male juveniles to the Youth Aid Panel for their involvement in a physical altercation that occurred in the upper gym at Quakertown High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 8 June 2016 at 8:15AM.

Quakertown Police cited Pistone for allowing her dog to run loose at nearby residence.

Quakertown Police cited Fluck, Rachfalski, and Barr for being in Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street, after park has closed.

Quakertown Police cited Henderson for her inappropriate behavior toward another female  at 471 South 10th Street.

BURGLARY / THEFT   – June 20, 2016 

DEFENDANT:  Adrian Raifi, Age 24, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA   

Quakertown Police arrested Raifi for unlawfully taking items from Quakertown House, 219 East Broad Street. He was arraigned by Magistrate Roth and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured. Raifi was subsequently released.   

DOMESTIC ASSAULT / WARRANT – June 21, 2016 12:05AM 

DEFENDANTS:  Durrell Hockman, Age 46, Tohickon Avenue, Quakertown, PA; Kristin Hartwigs, Age 51, Tohickon Avenue, Quakertown, PA   

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 201 Tohickon Avenue for the report of a domestic dispute.  On scene, and after further investigation, police arrested Hockman for assaulting Hartwigs and Hartwigs was arrested on  (2) warrants out of Bucks County for assault and DUI. Hockman was arraigned by Magistrate Roth and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured with domestic conditions. Hockman was subsequently released. Hartwigs was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT / DISORDERLY CONDUCT - June 24, 2016

DEFENDANT:  Edward Arocho, Age 39, Station Road, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police were dispatched to St. Luke’s Quakertown Hospital, 1021 Park Avenue, for the report of a patient that was out of control and caused damage in the hospital room.  On scene, and after further investigation, Arocho was arrested. He was arraigned by Magistrate Roth on these charges and additional charges filed from a separate incident that occurred at Applebee’s Restaurant, 145 Northwest End Boulevard, on or about 22 June 2016. Bail was set at $50,000 per incident and Arocho was remanded to Bucks County Prison.  

RESISTING ARREST / DISORDERLY CONDUCT – June 24, 2016 @ 11:54PM

DEFENDANT:  Elizabeth Gannon, Age 38, New Street, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 200 New Street for the report of a female running up and down the street causing a disturbance, digging up neighbor’s flowerbeds and jumping on a vehicle. On scene, and after further investigation, including resisting arrest, Gannon was taken into custody.

Quakertown Police cited Santos for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief for his inappropriate behavior at Frank’s Pizza, 585 Southwest End Boulevard.

Quakertown Police responded to the area of 200 New Street for the report of a disturbance.  On scene, and after further investigation, Gannon was cited for her inappropriate behavior.

DEFENDANT:  Samantha Kerver, Age 21, Front Street, Quakertown, PA   Quakertown Police cited Kerver for driving a vehicle with a person sitting on the hood of the vehicle in the area of 99 North West End Boulevard.

ACQUISITION BY MISREPRESENTATION   – June 30, 2016

DEFENDANT:  Lisa Sassaman, Age 32, Cemetary Road, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police arrested Sassaman for illegally filling prescriptions for herself between September 2015 through January 2016 while employed at A-Plus Dental, 28 South 14th Street. She was arraigned by Judge Baum and bail was set at $5,000 unsecured. Sassaman was subsequently released.
