RETAIL THEFT / CONSPIRACY – July 1, 2016

DEFENDANTS: James Anthony, Age 26, Dovecote Drive, Quakertown, PA; Lauren Bihl, Age 25, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police filed Retail Theft and Conspiracy charges against Anthony and Bihl for unlawfully taking merchandise from Walmart, 195 North West End Boulevard, and pawning it at American Cash Traders, 585 South West End Boulevard.

CONFINEMENT OF DOG – July 2, 2016 @ 9:09AM

DEFENDANT: Laura Pistone, Age 19, Tierney Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Pistone for allowing her dog to run loose and unattended in the area of 102 Braithwaite Lane.

DEFIANT TRESPASS – July 3, 2016 @ 4:35PM

DEFENDANT: Timothy Inverso, Age 52, Springhouse Court, North Wales, PA

Quakertown Police cited Inverso for trespassing at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, after being warned previously he was not allowed in the building.

DUI / WARRANT – July 5, 2016 @ 4:04PM

DEFENDANT: William Gross Jr., Age 40, New Britain, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Gross in the area of Route 309 and Route 663 for erratic driving. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. He was also found to be wanted out of Douglass Township.

HARASSMENT – July 8, 2016 @ 6:01PM

DEFENDANT: Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for his involvement in a physical altercation that occurred at Cedar Grove Park, 2 Berks Court, earlier that day.

DEFIANT TRESPASS – July 9, 2016 @ 2:45PM

DEFENDANT: Allan Triminio, Age 33, California Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Triminio for loitering in front of Yogurt Tree, 1465 West Broad Street, after previously being warned numerous times that he is not allowed to loiter in front of the store.

WARRANT – July 12, 2016 @ 3:32AM

DEFENDANT: Joshua Gibson, Age 24, Cedar Street, Jenkintown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Gibson at 1021 Park Avenue on a warrant out of Montgomery County Sheriffs Department for failure to appear / absconding drug court. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

DUI / POSSESSION – July 13, 2016

DEFENDANT: Daniel Bower, Age 36, West Emaus Avenue, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police filed DUI and Possession charges against Bower stemming from an investigation into an accident involving Bower that occurred on 24 June 2016 in the area of 594 South West End Boulevard.

DUI / ACCIDENT – July 14, 2016 @ 9:13AM

DEFENDANT: Patricia Gero, Age 29, Perkasie Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of South Front Street and Fairview Avenue for the report of a two vehicle traffic accident. On scene, and after further investigation, Gero was arrested for driving under the influence of suspected heroin.

PWID, PIC,POSSESSION – July 16, 2016 @ 4:46PM

DEFENDANT: John Smith, Age 45, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the Bush House, 200 West Broad Street, for the report of a possible attempted assault involving a BB Gun. On scene, and after further investigation, Smith was arrested and charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver prescription pills and suspected Crystal Methamphetamine, Possessing Instrument of Crime, Simple Assault and related other charges. He was also found to have multiple warrants out for his arrest. Smith was arraigned by Magistrate Kline and bail was set at $50,000 for the Quakertown charges. He was subsequently remanded to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT – July 17, 2016 @ 5:24PM

DEFENDANT: Ryan Randall, Age 39, West 6th Street, Pennsburg, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Randall in the area of 111 North Ambler Street on a warrant out of Montgomery County for Parole Violation / Simple Assault. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – July 17, 2016 @ 3:07AM

DEFENDANTS: Juan Santos Zelaya, Age 22, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA; Jose Martinez Diaz, Age 28, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 340 Franklin Street for the report of a fight in progress. On scene, and after further investigation, Zelaya and Diaz were cited for Public Drunkenness.

THEFT / POSSESSION – July 17, 2016 @ 11:44AM

DEFENDANT: Dieter Klinkert, Age 24, East Mill Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Dieter for unlawfully taking money from the residence at 210 East Mill Street. Drug Paraphernalia was also located at his residence while being on probation.

Quakertown Police cited Germain stemming from an investigation into a Retail Theft that occurred at Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street, on or about 2 July 2016.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – July 18, 2016

DEFENDANT: Thomas Brojer, Age 57, Berks Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police referred Brojer to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel Program for his inappropriate conduct displayed at Quakertown National Bank, 240 South West End Boulevard , on 6 July 2016.

INVOLUNTARY DEVIATE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE – July 20, 2016

DEFENDANT: Dean Winters, Age 55, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Winters on Sexual Offenses involving a minor. He was arraigned by Magistrate Kline and bail was set at $75,000. Winters was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

REGISTRATION OF DOG – July 24, 2016 11:30AM

DEFENDANT: Deborah Stanistreet, Age 55, Pennington Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Stanistreet after her dog bit someone in the area of Hickory Drive at Braithwaite Lane and records confirmed the animal was not up to date on his shots.

FURNISHING ALCOHOL TO MINOR/UNDERAGE DRINKING  – July 26, 2016 1:50AM

DEFENDANTS: Sorina Horga, Age 21, South 3rd Street, Quakertown, PA ; Justin Correa, Age 18, Alan Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police referred Horga and Correa to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel (CAP) for consuming alcohol in Memorial Park, 600 West Mill Street, of which Horga supplied.

Quakertown Police filed charges against Gunyan for violating his PFA Order. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – July 26, 2016 @ 4:54PM

DEFENDANT: Anthony Crespo, Age 18, Huntington Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Crespo for doing burnouts and donuts in the skate park parking area located at 900 South Main Street. 

ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN  – July 26, 2016 @ 5:09AM

DEFENDANT:  Rebecca Baker, Age 38, South 10th Street, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police filed charges of Endangering Welfare of Children, Reckless Endangerment, Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness against Baker stemming from an incident that occurred on Route 309 near Route 663 where the defendant was running down the highway with a child claiming a male was chasing her with a gun. No male, no gun.  

DRUG SALES  – July 29, 2016 @ 8:36AM

DEFENDANT: Carlos Reyes, Age 19, No Fixed Abode                          

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver, Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Reyes stemming from a search warrant issued at 252 Dogwood Drive in Richland Township. Reyes was arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Roth. Bail was set at $250,000 and Reyes was transported to Bucks County Prison.    

UNDERAGE DRINKING / POSSESSION – July 29, 2016 @ 10:17PM

DEFENDANTS:  Austin Seibert, Age 20, West 6th Street, Quakertown, PA; Coty Gibson, Age 20, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Seibert in the area of West Broad Street and 11th Street for driving without his headlights on after dark. After further investigation, Seibert was referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel (CAP) for Underage Drinking and Gibson was arrested for Possession of Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

UNDERAGE POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL – July 30, 2016 @ 1:33AM

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel Program (YAP) after being out after curfew and found with a bottle of beer in her possession.  

HARASSMENT – July 30, 2016 @ 7:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Jeremy Hershey, Age 18, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police referred Hershey to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel for Harassment after having sent threatening texts to another individual then showing up at the victim’s residence with a swiss army knife asking him to come outside and fight.  

DRUG SALES – July 31, 2016 @ 10:59AM

DEFENDANT:  Derek Roeder, Age 26, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia against Roeder stemming from an incident that occurred at 1019 Juniper Street where police were called for the report of a domestic in progress.  

POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – July 31, 2016

DEFENDANT:  Keith Laird, Age 35, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Laird stemming from an incident that occurred on 2 July 2016 @ 5:16PM at 406 West Broad Street, Apt. B.
