WARRANT – January 2, 2016 @ 11:31PM

DEFENDANT: Sergey Tkach, Age 20, Patterson Avenue, Croydon, PA

Quakertown Police performed a traffic stop on Tkach in the area of West Broad Street and South 2nd Street for driving Westbound in an Eastbound lane. He was subsequently arrested on a warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear on a DUI. He was released to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – January 3, 2016

DEFENDANT: Yvette Aybar, Age 25, Allen Street, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct against Aybar for assaulting one employee and spitting in the face of another employee at St. Lukes Hospital, 1021 Park Avenue, on December 31, 2015 @ 1:52PM. Aybar is currently incarcerated at Lehigh County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

CONFINEMENT OF DOG – January 3, 2016 @ 9:01PM

DEFENDANT: Daniela Pistone, Age 40, Tierney Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Pistone for allowing her dog to run loose in the neighborhood on Dewsbury Lane after having been previously warned numerous times.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – January 3, 2016 @ 10:06PM

DEFENDANT: Buffie Bickley, Age 45, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Bickley for trespassing on the property at 128 East Broad Street, after having been previously warned by the manager that she is not allowed there.

WARRANT – January 6, 2016 @ 3:12PM

DEFENDANT: Robert Duffy, Age 51, Clovermill Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Duffy in the area of 725 West Broad Street on a warrant out of Bucks County for probation violation. He was turned over to the Sheriff’s Office.

POSSESSION – January 8, 2016 @ 3:13PM

DEFENDANT: David Ricketts, Age 31, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Ricketts in the area of 101 East Mill Street for expired registration. He was subsequently arrested for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

DUI / ACCIDENT – January 9, 2016 @ 7:20PM

DEFENDANT: Randy Goefpert, Age 44, Hillcrest Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were flagged down by a bystander in the area of 10 South Main Street for a minor traffic accident that occurred possibly involving a DUI. After further investigation, Goefpert, one of the drivers involved in the accident, was arrested for driving under the influence.

DUI – January 10, 2016 @ 2:49AM

DEFENDANT: Patricia Vega, Age 23, East Tremont Avenue, Bronx, NY

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Vega in the area of 69 North West End Boulevard for driving without her headlights illuminated. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. On search incident to arrest, suspected marijuania and drug paraphernalia were found.

ACCIDENT / BOROUGH ORDINANCE – January 10, 2016 @ 7:34PM

DEFENDANT: Matthew Noblit, Age 34, South 9th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched for a two vehicle accident in front of 29 South 9th Street. On scene, and after further investigation, Noblit was cited for Borough Ordinance prohibiting open container of alcohol in public. He was also issued a Traffic Citation for vehicle entering or crossing roadway.

Quakertown Police arrested Keels at 197B Richlandtown Pike on a warrant out of Lehigh County for Theft and RSP of an automobile. He was turned over to Lehigh County Detectives.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, for a disturbance. On scene, and after further investigation, Russo was arrested. Her probation was violated and she was transported to Bucks County Prison.

HINDERING APPREHENSION - January 17 @ 9:01PM

DEFENDANT:  Ashley Lewis, Age 29, Front Street, Quakertown, PA    

On January 17, 2016 at approximately 9:01PM, Quakertown Police responded to a third party report of a domestic dispute, between a male and a female, at 36 Front Street, Apt. #2. While in route, it was advised that the male may have an active arrest warrant.  Police arrived on scene and made attempts to make contact at the door.  During this time period, both Hendricks and Lewis made three separate false 911 calls to deter police and get them to leave the area. Lewis attempted to climb / jump out the window while Hendricks jumped out a rear window and began to flee on foot. Both defendants were apprehended, charges were filed, and Hendricks was turned over to PA State Police on an active warrant for Escape out of PSP Belmont.

WARRANT – January 19, 2016 @ 10:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Kristin Hartwigs, Age 51, Tohickon Avenue, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police arrested Hartwigs at 201 Tohickon Avenue on an active warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear. She was transported to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT – January 20, 2016 @ 12:01AM

DEFENDANT:  Nathanael Melroy, Age 31, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police arrested Melroy at 511 Juniper Street on an active warrant out of Bucks County for a probation violation.  He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until picked up by the Sheriff’s Department.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA  - January 20, 2016 @ 5:47PM 

DEFENDANT:  Stefan Toulouse, Age 27, West Market Street, Bethlehem, PA  

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Toulouse in the area of Hickory Drive @ Kenwood Circle for speeding. After further investigation, Toulouse was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was taken into custody.  

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – January 21, 2016 @ 2:37AM

DEFENDANT:  Nikolai Regan, Age 24, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 24 North Ambler Street, Apt. #1, for the report of someone throwing a rock through a front window of the residence. After further investigation, Regan was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct.

WARRANT / POSSESSION / FLIGHT  - January 25, 2016 @ 4:40PM

DEFENDANT:  Theodore Bickley, Age 46, East Railroad Street, Tremont, PA  

Quakertown Police had received information that known wanted subject, Theodore Bickley, was in the area of the Bush House Hotel, located at 200 West Broad Street.Bickley was located by police but fled. When apprehended, controlled substances and paraphernalia were found on his person. Bickley was turned over to the Sheriff’s Department and transported to Bucks County Prison.  He is awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY  - January 26, 2016

DEFENDANT:  Shaun Gardner, Age 36, Ridge Valley Road, Sellersville, PA  

Quakertown Police filed charges against Gardner for pawning stolen items at American Cash Traders, 133 South West End Boulevard.

DEFENDANT:  Daniel Romero-Perales, Age 30, Klein Street, Allentown, PA  

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Romero-Perales for speeding and running a red light in the area of North West End Boulevard and West Broad Street. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

DUI / POSSESSION – January 31, 2016 @ 1:41AM

DEFENDANT:  Matthew Grosteffon-Herr, Age 29, East 28th Division Highway, Lititz, PA  

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Grosteffon-Herr for a headlight out and speeding and erratic driving in the area of Route 309 @ South 9th Street. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. Suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found in the vehicle.
