Quakertown Police cited Triminio for panhandling in the area of Grand View Medical Building, 99 North West End Boulevard.

WARRANT - February 6, 2016 @ 9:32PM

DEFENDANT: Amanda Aspell, Age 25, South Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Aspell at 108 South Hellertown Avenue, Apt. H, on an active bench warrant out of Bucks County. She was housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – February 7, 2016 @ 4:28AM

DEFFENDANT: Kareen Smith, Age 38, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police cited Smith for Criminal Trespass at QNB Bank, 240 South West End Boulevard, after having been previously warned to stay off the premises.

FIREARM / TERRORISTIC THREATS - February 9, 2016 @ 8:10PM

DEFENDANT: Raul Lopez, Age 28, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Upper Bucks YMCA, 401 Fairview Avenue, for the report of a fight that had just occurred in which a male had just left and threatened to come back with a gun. Lopez was the male identified and police searched and located him at 24 Front Street with a firearm on his person that he was not licensed to carry. He was arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Robert Wagner Jr and bail was set at $100,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT - February 13,2016 @ 8:25AM

DEFENDANT: Amanda Kochjar, Age 23, Ridge Road, Telford, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Kochjar at 1000 West Mill Street on a warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department. She was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

WARRANT / POSSESSION – February 13, 2016 @ 4:27PM

DEFENDANT: Edward Myers III, Age 30, South 3rd Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Myers at 25 South 3rd Street on a warrant out of Bucks County Probation. On search incident to arrest, suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia were located on his person. He was turned over to the Deputy Sheriff for the county warrant and is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

DUI / HIT & RUN – February 15, 2016 @ 1:18AM

DEFENDANT: Kristen Sladek, Age 37, Beaver Run Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a traffic accident in the area of Park Avenue and South 2nd Street called in by several residents from the area. On scene, and after further investigation, it was determined that Sladek had hit a parked car, then continued on to her residence on Beaver Run Road. The fluid trail led officers to the vehicle parked at 28 Beaver Run Road. After additional investigation, Sladek was arrested for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

DEFENDANT: Elizabeth Gannon, Age 38, New Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Gannon at 200 New Street on a warrant from District Court. She was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Constable.

DUI - February 16, 2016 @ 5:59PM

DEFENDANT: Brian Feltman, Age 49, Hoffmansville Road, Bechtelsville, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to southbound Route 309 and Route 313 for the report of a dark colored Dodge SUV following, yelling, making obscene gestures, honking and attempting to hit another vehicle. Police located and identified Feltman and he was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

WARRANT – February 20, 2016 @ 5:01PM

DEFENDANT: Michael Porreca, Age 47, Crescent Avenue, Lansdale, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Porreca in the area of 320 South West End Boulevard for expired registration. Porreca was found to be wanted out of Montgomery County for an active domestic warrant. He was housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

DEFIANT TRESPASS – February 22, 2016 @ 2:17AM

DEFENDANT: Allan Triminio, Age 32, California Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of an unwanted subject at the Giant, 1465 West Broad Street. Triminio was annoying customers and refusing to leave after having been previously warned numerous times he was not allowed on the property due to previous panhandling episodes. Quakertown Police located Triminio and cited him for Defiant Trespass.

WARRANT / POSSESSION - February 18, 2016 @ 2:21PM

DEFENDANT: Robert Alvord, Age 29, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 1465 West Broad Street, Plaza Shopping Center, for the report of a white male subject, in his thirties, with a shaved head, wearing a plaid shirt and jeans, wandering through the parking lot there, running into cars and throwing soda. On scene, Alvord was located and identified. He was found to be wanted out of Philadelphia Probation. On search incident to arrest, suspected heroin and paraphernalia were found on his person. Alvord was transported to Bucks County Prison.

THEFT / RSP – February 23, 2016

DEFENDANT: JUVENILE

Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile for unlawfully taking a teacher’s cell phone at the Freshman Center, 349 South 9th Street.

WARRANT / FALSE ID   - February 26, 2016 @ 10:41PM

DEFENDANTS:  Michael Clugh, Age 24, SouthWest End Boulevard, Quakertown, PA; Michael Haberle, Age 45, Braithwaite Lane, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a reported suspicious vehicle with four subjects in the area of Park Avenue and South 3rd Street. Clugh and Haberle were both passengers in the vehicle and found to have active warrants out against them. When arrested, Haberle gave false identification to the police. Clugh and Haberle were transported to Bucks County Prison with Haberle awaiting arraignment on Quakertown False ID charges.  

FALSE IDENTIFICATION – February 26, 2016 @ 5:43PM

DEFENDANT:  Andrew Kozik, Age 22, Rocky Valley Road, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Kozik in the area of 1465 West Broad Street for an expired inspection sticker. Kozik was subsequently arrested for giving False Identification to the police.  

DUI – February 27, 2016 @ 4:23PM

DEFENDANT:  Matthew Deifer, Age 26, School Street, North Wales, PA  

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Deifer in the area of South 3rd Street and Broad Street for an expired inspection sticker. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, which was also found in the vehicle.

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for violating the Curfew Ordinance at the soccer fields, 221 California Road.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on McCarthy in the area of Route 309 @ Mohr Street for erratic driving and no head lights on.  He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Seidel in the area of 750 South West End Boulevard for erratic driving. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. Suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia were found in the vehicle.
