PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS / CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – December 29, 2016

DEFENDANT:  Christopher Atwood, Age 35, Belvidere Avenue, Lambertville, NJ

Quakertown Police filed charges of Public Drunkenness and Criminal Mischief against Atwood stemming from an incident that occurred on 24 December 2016 in the area of 625 East Broad Street where Atwood was found to be intoxicated and damaging someone’s personal property.

WARRANT – December 28, 2016 @ 12:58PM

DEFENDANT:  Jennifer Frye, Age 31, Seven Corner Road, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the Bucks County Library, 401 West Mill Street, for the report of a disturbance.  On scene, and after further investigation, Frye was arrested on a warrant out of Hilltown Police Department for Theft By Deception.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MV  –  December 26, 2016  @ 11:06PM  

DEFENDANTS: Joshua Weaver, Age 20, Alan Lane, Quakertown, PA

                           Michael Joseph, Age 20, Richlandtown Pike, Richlandtown, PA

 Quakertown Police filed charges of Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and Conspiracy against Weaver and Joseph for unlawfully taking a vehicle in the area of 111 South Hellertown Avenue without the owner’s permission.

RETAIL THEFT / RESISTING ARREST – December  25, 2016 @ 5:15PM

DEFENDANT:  Michael Mcguigan, Age 33, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Speedway Gas Station, 140 South West End Boulevard, for the report of a retail theft  in progress.  On scene, and after further investigation, Mcguigan was located and apprehended after resisting arrest.  

DUI – December 23, 2016 @ 3:06AM

DEFENDANT:  Michael Connors, Age 24, Beaver Run Drive, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Connors in the area of South West End Boulevard at Mohr Street for erratic driving and speeding. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT  –  December 23, 2016  @ 7:24PM  

DEFENDANT:  Julio Dominquez, Age 21, South Main Street, Coopersburg, PA

Quakertown Police cited Dominquez for Disorderly Conduct  for his inappropriate behavior in the parking lot at Ross, 20 North West End Boulevard.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT  –  December 21, 2016  @ 3:50PM  

DEFENDANT:  Marcus Brown, Age 22, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Brown for Disorderly Conduct  for his inappropriate behavior at the YMCA, 401 Fairview Avenue.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS  – December  21, 2016 @ 5:27PM

DEFENDANT:  John Kennedy, Age 55, Grant Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Kennedy for Public Drunkenness at Country Clean Laundromat, 309 West Broad Street.                        

DISORDERLY CONDUCT / PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS  – December  20, 2016

DEFENDANT:  Jason Plenderleith, Age 36, New Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the Eagle Hotel, 201 East Broad Street,  at approximately 12:22AM for the report of an intoxicated male pulling a knife on the bouncer.  On scene, and after further investigation,  police located Plenderleith near his home  and took him into custody.    His probation was violated and he was remanded to Bucks County Prison.                            

DISORDERLY CONDUCT / HARASSMENT  –  December 19, 2016  

DEFENDANTS: Juveniles

Quakertown Police referred two male juveniles to the Youth Aid Panel for their involvement  in a physical altercation that occurred on or about 13 December 2016 on a school bus at the Freshman Center, 349 South 9^th Street.

WARRANT  –  December 16, 2016  @ 3:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Charles Samaha, Age 46, South Chadwick Street, Phila., PA

Quakertown Police arrested Samaha at 1021 Park Avenue on an active bench warrant out of Northampton County for a Probation Violation.  He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – December 16, 2016

DEFENDANT:  Rahsul Paige, Age 18, South 10^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Paige for his inappropriate behavior conducted at the Quakertown High School, 600 Park Avenue,  on 15 December 2016.

WARRANT  –  December 15, 2016  @ 1:58PM

DEFENDANT:  Sharon Romanowski, Age 49, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Romanowski at 300 East Broad Street on a warrant out of Montgomery County for a Probation Violation.  She was turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

DEFIANT TRESPASS  –  December 14, 2016  @ 5:15PM

DEFENDANT:  Michael Mcguigan, Age 33, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Mcguigan for trespassing at Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street, after previously being cited and warned that  he was not allowed on the premises.

HARASSMENT  –  December 12, 2016

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for his involvement in a physical altercation that occurred at the Freshman Center, 349 South 9^th Street, on Thursday, 8 December 2016 at approximately 11:30AM.

WARRANT – December 12, 2015 @ 5:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Christine Hendricks, Age 45, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Hendricks at the Red Lion, 4 South Main Street, on an outstanding bench warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear. She was transported to Bucks County Prison.

ASSAULT  –  December 11, 2016 @ 7:28AM

DEFENDANT: Jose Martinez- Diaz, Age 29, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 1405 West Broad Street for the report of a fight between two males in progress outside that address.  On scene, and after further investigation, Martinez-Diaz was arrested for assault. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gallagher and bail was set at $15,000. Martinez-Diaz was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police cited Mcguigan for trespassing at Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street, after previously being warned he was not allowed on the premises.

POSSESSION  –  December 8, 2016 @ 10:40PM

DEFENDANT: Kenneth Williams Jr., Age 39, East Temple Avenue, Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Williams in the area of 525 East Broad Street for possession of suspected meth and marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile in the area of 1008 Juniper Street for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

DUI – December 6, 2016 @ 9:26PM

DEFENDANT:  Bryan Reyes, Age 24, Anchor Street, Phila., PA

Quakertown Police received two separate reports of a possible DUI driver swerving all over the road driving northbound on Route 309 near Trumbauersville Road. Reyes was located and pulled over at Quakertown Family Diner. After further investigation, he was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

THEFT / RSP  –  December 6, 2016

DEFENDANT: Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges against a male juvenile stemming from an investigation into a cell phone theft that occurred at Upper Bucks YMCA, located at 401 Fairview Avenue , on or about 1 December 2016.

DUI – December 5, 2016 @ 9:11AM

DEFENDANT:  Cady Rodriguez-Rivas, Age 28, Tulpehocken St., Reading, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Rodriguez-Rivas in the area of West Broad Street and 3^rd Street for reckless driving. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

POSSESSION  - December 5, 2016 @ 2:36AM

DEFFENDANT:  Kelsi Detweiler, Age 25, Nemeth Road, Coopersburg, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Detweiler for being in possession of suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia at St. Lukes Hospital, 1021 Park Avenue.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS  –  December 3, 2016 @ 5:23AM

DEFENDANT: Edwin Galindo-Leiva, Age 26, South 3^rd Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 27 South 3^rd Street for the report of an unwanted subject pounding on the doors and screaming. On scene, and after further investigation, Galindo-Leiva was cited for Public Drunkenness.
