DUI – August 1, 2016 @ 7:46PM

DEFENDANT: Karen Annanie, Age 58, Township Line Road, Pipersville, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 1205 West Broad Street for the report of a one vehicle accident into a pole. On scene, and after further investigation, DUI and Related Charges were filed against Annanie.

DUI – August 3, 2016 @ 2:17AM

DEFENDANT: Eric Owens, Age 27, Domarray Street, Coopersburg, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Owens in the area of 1668 Bethlehem Pike for erratic driving and a faulty registration light. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS/RETAIL THEFT – August 19 & 20, 2016

DEFENDANT: Shane Keller, Age 46, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police cited Keller for Criminal Trespassing at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on Friday, August 19th @ 12:40PM.
Quakertown Police arrested Keller for unlawfully taking a pack of cigarettes from Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street, on Saturday, August 20th @ 3:28PM. Due to no fixed abode, Keller was arraigned by Magistrate Kelly and bail was set at $600.00. Keller was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

POSSESSION – August 22, 2016 @ 1:17PM

DEFENDANT: Nicole Tillman, Age 22, South 10th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were called to the residence at 112 South 10th Street, Apartment B, by Tillman’s Probation Officer after finding drugs and drug paraphernalia inside the residence. Tillman was arrested, arraigned by Judge Gambardella and bail was set at $40,000. She was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – August 23, 2016 @ 8:01AM

DEFENDANT: Robert Sanders, Age 61, Ridge Street, Emmaus, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Sanders for assaulting a staff member the night before at St. Lukes Quakertown Hospital, 1021 Park Avenue. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella and bail was set at $1,000,000. Sanders was subsequently remanded to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT – August 23, 2016 @ 11:26PM

DEFENDANT: Nicole Jones, Age 26, Campus Drive, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Jones at 1407 West Broad Street on an active Bench Warrant for Philadelphia County. She was transported to Bucks County Prison.

DELIVERY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE , RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING ANOTHER PERSON, POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE / PARAPHERNALIA

DEFENDANT: Carlos Reyes, Age 19, No Fixed Abode

The above charges were filed stemming from an investigation into an overdose that occurred at 232 Yankee Road on 14 July 2016. It was determined that Reyes supplied the heroin and then failed to render aid after victim overdosed. Reyes is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on these charges.

OPEN LEWDNESS – August 24, 2016 @ 7:18PM

DEFENDANT: Christian Roberts, Age 53, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Roberts for his inappropriate sexual behavior conducted behind the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street. He was arraigned by Magistrate Petrucci and bail was set at $25,000. He was then committed to Bucks County Prison.

RETAIL THEFT – August 25, 2016 @ 12:16PM

DEFENDANTS: John Nau, Age 57, No Fixed Abode; Korena Green, Age 45, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police were advised of a retail theft in progress at Pets Plus, 117 South West End Boulevard. It was being reported a male and female are inside the store eating dog food from a box. On scene, and after further investigation, Nau and Green were located outside of the store with unpaid items in their possession. Both were arrested and arraigned by Judge Gambardella. Green was released and Nau was remanded to Bucks County Prison on $1000 bail.

DEFIANT TRESPASS  – August 26, 2016 @ 11:16AM

DEFENDANT: Vincent Moore, Age 25, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA                                        

Quakertown Police cited Moore for trespassing at Wells Fargo Bank, 303 West Broad Street, after having been previously warned several times that he is not allowed on these premises due to his causing disturbances.  

DUI /POSSESSION /CRIMINAL TRESPASS – August 26, 2016 @ 12:42AM,3:10AM

DEFENDANTS:  Nicole Dunn, Age 24, Old Easton Road, Doylestown, PA; Christie Adams, Age 34, Noble Street, Souderton, PA  

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 613 West Broad Street for the report of an accident involving one vehicle hitting a parked vehicle twice. On scene, and after further investigation, Dunn (the driver) was arrested for driving under the influence. Suspected marijuana and a controlled substance were found in her possession. Dunn is currently on probation and was transported to Bucks County Prison for violating her probation. She will be arraigned on Quakertown charges at the prison.  At approximately 3:10AM, Adams (passenger) came to Police Headquarters at 35 North 3rd Street. She was knocking on police doors, throwing objects at police cars, and shouting obscenities and threats at officers. Adams was subsequently arrested, arraigned by Magistrate Waltman, and bail was set at $50,000. Judge also made a condition of bail that Adams is to have no contact with Quakertown Police. She was remanded to Bucks County Prison.  

STALKING / HARASSMENT – August 26, 2016 @ 3:47PM

DEFENDANT:  Dean Winters, Age 55, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police served an arrest warrant on Winters at his residence at 405 Juniper Street for Stalking and Harassment pertaining to a witness he was to have no contact with. Winters was arraigned by Magistrate Baum and bail was set at $300,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – August 27, 2016 @ 5:02PM

DEFENDANTS:  Ryan Burns, Age 30, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA; MaryAnn Arce, Age 30, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA  

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Quaker Cleaners, 69 South 14th Street, for the report of a domestic dispute. On scene, and after further investigation, Burns and Arce were located and cited for causing a disturbance.
