On scene, and after further investigation, McClung was arrested for driving under the influence.

Quakertown Police filed charges against Lozada stemming from an incident involving unlawfully taking a portable floor blower from the Atrium Building, 127 South 5th Street, on March 27, 2013 at approximately 9:45AM.

Quakertown Police arrested Sassaman for stealing a cell phone from the residence at 19 South Hellertown Avenue. In addition, Sassaman made unauthorized miscellaneous purchases with resident’s credit card. Sassaman violated his parole and was remanded to Bucks County Prison. 

FIREARMS/POSSESSION – April 7, 2013 @ 7:00PM

DEFENDANT: James Croak, Age 39, North Penrose Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of Erie Avenue and North Penrose Street for the report of a possibly intoxicated armed subject. Officers checked the area and spoke to witnesses who identifed the subject as James Croak. Officers located Croak at 41 North Penrose Street and he was taken into custody. A Smith and Wesson 22 caliber pistol and suspected drug paraphernalia were found in his possession. Croak was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police arrested Detwiler near the railroad tracks located to the rear of Borough Hall, 35 North 3rd Street, on a warrant out of Whitehall Police Department for shoplifting. He was housed in the Quakertown Police Department until transferred to Whitehall Police.

ASSAULT – April 12, 2013

DEFENDANT: Chardae Jones, Age 25, Yorktown Road, Coopersburg, PA 

Chardae Jones turned herself in to Quakertown Police after charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment, and related charges were filed against her for allegedly assaulting a victim at 1-1/2 Elm Street on April 10, 2013. Jones was arraigned by Magistrate Roth and was given unsecured bail at $5,000, then released.

Quakertown Police arrested Velazquez in the area of 6th Street and Broad Street on a warrant out of Bucks County Adult Probation. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

BURGLARY – July 28, 2013

DEFENDANTS: Andrew Kratz, Age 22, Tohickon Avenue, Quakertown ,PA; Stephanie Colwell, Age 23, Tohickon Avenue, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police arrested Kratz and Colwell for stealing an Xbox and accessories from the residence at 213 Tohickon Avenue and pawning them at Game Stop, 200 block of North West End Blvd. Both were arraigned by Magistrate Finello and bail was set at $50,000. Krats and Colwell were remanded to Bucks County Prison. 

Quakertown Police additionally filed charges of burglary and related charges against Colwell for entering the residence at 219 Tohickon Avenue twice without permission.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a juvenile on Park Avenue between South 5th and South 6th Streets for speeding. Suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found in the vehicle.

Quakertown Police responded to 44 Alan Lane for the report of a disturbance. Wilson was eventually arrested on multiple warrants out of Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. She was housed in the Quakertown Police Department until transferred to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Hackman (driver) in the area of Tohickon Avenue and Heller Road for an expired inspection sticker. After further investigation, Hackman were subsequently arrested for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Bolyard stole an Xbox and a Sanyo television from the residence at 62 North Main Street on or about August 3rd and August 6th, 2013 and then pawned them. There was also drug paraphernalia found in his possession on August 8th, 2013.

Quakertown Police filed charges of theft and receiving stolen property against Devery after further investigation into an incident that occurred at 101 West Broad Street on October 14, 2013 involving a stolen purse.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Gamble for making a right turn on red, when signs prohibited such action, in the area of Routes 212 and 313. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

DEFENDANT: Cliff Barcklow, Age 47, Franklin Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 231 Franklin Street on two separate occasions on the afternoon of October 19th for the report of a neighbor yelling and using inappropriate language in front of children. On first occasion, Barcklow was warned. On second occasion, Barcklow was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 300 Heller Road for a report of a truck that crashed into a telephone pole. On scene, and after further investigation, Bucher was arrested for driving under the influence.

Quakertown Police arrested Green at 35 North 3rd Street on multiple warrants out of both Philadelphia and Lansdale. He was eventually handed over to Lansdale Police Department.

Quakertown Police arrested Myers, Anthony, and a juvenile for possession of suspected marijuana, controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia in the area of the Train Station, 15 South Front Street.

THEFT – October 22, 2013

DEFENDANT: Issac Green, Age 35, South 11th Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police filed charges of theft and receiving stolen property against Green stemming from an investigation from an incident that occurred on September 23, 2013 involving a stolen Playstation and PS3 controller at the residence of 15 South 9th Street.

Quakertown Police filed charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft, and receiving stolen property against Moser for unlawfully taking US coins and an Ipod from the residence of 217 West Broad Street. DEFENDANT: Robin DeMilly, Age 53, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the parking lot of Quaker Village Shopping Center, 371 West Broad Street, for the report of a two vehicle accident, no injuries. On scene, and after further investigation, DeMilly was arrested for driving under the influence. 

SIMPLE ASSAULT – October 28, 2013 @ 1:58PM

DEFENDANT: Michael Ashley, Age 51, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police responded to 1628 West Broad Street for the report of an assault that just occurred. On scene, and after further investigation, charges of simple assault and harassment were filed against Ashley. Ashley was remanded to Bucks County Prison on a probation violation.

WARRANT – October 29, 2013 @ 9:03PM

DEFENDANT: Donald Daniels, Age 18, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police arrested Daniels in the area of East Broad Street on a warrant out of Bucks County Juvenile Probation for absconding probation. He was transported to the Detention Center in Edison, New Jersey.

TOBACCO SALES – October 30, 2013 @ 4:10PM

DEFENDANTS: Pardep Kumar, Age 40, Hellertown Ave., Quakertown, PA; US Gas, 530 E. Broad St., Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police cited both the store clerk and US Gas for selling tobacco products to a minor.

Quakertown Police referred three juveniles to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP) program for disorderly conduct. The juveniles were throwing eggs and dowsing chocolate syrup around the neighborhoods of Congress, Madison, Jefferson, and Washington Courts along with Constitution Drive on “mischief night”.

Quakertown Police arrested Moody for unlawfully taking razor blades from Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street. He was arraigned by Magistrate Roth and bail was set @ $5,000. Moody was remanded to Bucks County Prison. 

POSSESSION/RESISTING ARREST – November 1, 2013 @ 4:20PM 

DEFENDANT: David Crank, Age 41, No Fixed Abode 

Quakertown Police arrested Crank for possession of suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia at a residence located above the Eagle Hotel, 201 East Broad Street. On scene, Crank was uncooperative and resisted arrest. He was apprehended, arraigned by Magistrate Benz and bail was set @ $10,000. Crank was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 108 South Hellertown Avenue on two separate occasions for the report of a loud party going on. Nunez-Zavaleta was cited on the second occasion.

DEFENDANT: Paul Davis, Age 51, Erie Avenue, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police were advised of a possible DUI motorist westbound on Rte. 313 passing Elm Street. Police located the described vehicle and after further investigation, the driver (Davis) was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance(s).

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Kolasinski in the area of Mohr Street and Route 309 for speeding. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

Quakertown Police cited Blake for public drunkenness at 457 East Broad Street.

IDENTITY THEFT/ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD – November 18, 2013 
DEFENDANT: Mary Rumph, Age 45, Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police arrested Rumph for making unauthorized transactions on a deceased person’s credit cards. Rumph was arraigned by Magistrate Roth and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured. She was subsequently released with a preliminary hearing scheduled in January 2014.

THEFT – November 18, 2013

DEFENDANT: David Feeney, Age 24, Trumbauersville Rd., Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police filed charges of theft and receiving stolen property against Feeney for unlawfully taking US coins and an Ipod from the residence of 217 West Broad Street on or about 11 October 2013. He was arraigned by Magistrate Baum and bail was set at $5,000. He is incarcerated at Bucks County Prison.

RETAIL THEFT/POSSESSION – November 19, 2013 @ 9:36AM

DEFENDANT: Desiree Hausman, Age 23, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police arrested Hausman for stealing merchandise from both Bottom Dollar, 371 West Broad Street, and Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street. She was also found with controlled substance in her possession.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Chookagian for running a stop sign at the intersection of South Main Street and South 9th Street. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. 

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS/WARRANT – November 29, 2013 @ 2:10AM

DEFENDANT: Francisco Fuentes-Sesena, Age 35, Erie Road, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police cited Fuentes-Sesena for public drunkenness in the parking lot at John’s Plain and Fancy Diner, 50 South West End Boulevard. Fuentes-Sesena was also found to be wanted out of Lehigh County for failure to appear at court pending a DUI case. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until picked up by Lehigh County Sheriff’s Department. 

WARRANT- November 29, 2013 @ 9:00AM

DEFENDANT: Mitchell Lukens, Age 56, Plymouth Avenue, Oreland, PA 

Mitchell Lukens turned himself in to the Quakertown Police Department, 35 North 3rd Street. He was wanted out of Montgomery County for a probation violation. Lukens was transported to Bucks County Prison. 

SIMPLE ASSAULT – November 30, 2013

DEFENDANT: Paul Shoenfelt, Age 67, Braithwaite Lane, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police arrested Shoenfelt at 104 Braithwaite Lane for punching a female at the residence on November 29, 2013 at approximately 7:45AM. He was arraigned by Magistrate Roth and ROR bail was set. Shoenfelt was subsequently released.

Quakertown Police arrested Gretz in the area of TGI Friday Restaurant, 10 North West End Boulevard for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Quakertown Police cited Ebel for underage drinking and leaving the scene of an accident in the rear alley behind 721 Juniper Street.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – December 3, 2013

DEFENDANT: Kenneth Cochrane, Age 25, Heller Road, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police filed charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct against Cochrane stemming from an incident that took place on November 27, 2013 at 204 Plymouth Court, involving intentionally causing damage to a vehicle. 

POSSESSION / WARRANT – December 4, 2013 @ 8:46AM

DEFENDANTS: Peter Meyers, Age 20, Park Avenue, Quakertown, PA; Colin Moody, Age 18, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA; Donald Daniels, Age 18, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police responded to 224 South 2nd Street for a well-being check on a driver that is not responding behind the wheel of a parked vehicle on the public roadway. On scene, and after further investigation, charges were filed against Meyers for possession of drug paraphernalia, charges were filed against Moody for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and Daniels was found to be wanted out of Bucks County Juvenile Probation for absconding. All three were located in said vehicle, plus a juvenile who was escorted to school.

DEFENDANTS: Danielle Ambolino, Age 18, No Fixed Abode; Evan Wieand, Age 19, No Fixed Abode 

Quakertown Police arrested Ambolino and Wieand at 461 South 9th Street on outstanding arrest warrants for heroin sales. Suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia were found in their possession at time of arrest. They were arraigned by Magistrate Nasshorn and bail was set for both at $500,000. Subsequently they were both remanded to Bucks County Prison. 

HARASSMENT - December 21, 2013

DEFENDANT: Jonathan Munz, Age 18, Hillcrest Road, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police cited Munz for harassment stemming from an investigation of an incident that took place on 12 December 2013 @ 4:19PM at the Freshman Center, 349 South 9th Street.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – December 23, 2013 @ 8:26PM

DEFENDANT: Shawn Green, Age 27, S. Hellertown Ave., Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police arrested Green at St. Lukes Hospital, 1021 Park Avenue, for assaulting hospital staff personnel. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella and bail was set at $200,000. Green was subsequently remanded to Bucks County Prison.

PFA VIOLATION – December 26, 2013 @ 1:30PM

DEFENDANT: John Tomlinson, Age 60, Longchamps Cir.,Pipersville, PA 

Quakertown Police arrested Tomlinson for violating his PFA order at the residence of 150 North Ambler Street. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella and bail was set at $150,000. Tomlinson was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

THEFT – December 27, 2013

DEFENDANT: Danny Trujillo, Age 40, North 7th Street, Allentown, PA 

Quakertown Police filed charges of theft and receiving stolen property against Trujillo stemming from an incident where Trujillo stole a pack of cigarettes from the front porch of the residence of 713 Juniper Street on 4 December 2013.
