DEFENDANTS: Ashley Lederach, Age 19, Liberty Cr., Herford, PA; Jeffrey Stonach, Age 29, Hillside Dr., Schuykill Haven, PA 

Quakertown Police responded to a two vehicle crash involving a parked unattended vehicle located at 1118 W. Broad Street. On scene, and after further investigation, Lederach (the driver) was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of controlled substance and Stonach (passenger) was arrested for possession of controlled substance and tampering with evidence.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – January 5, 2012 @ 4:11PM

DEFENDANT: Christopher Giulian, Age 51, Pennington Lane, Quakertown, PA 

Giulian was cited for public drunkeness when found lying down at the rear of the building of the Wine and Spirits store in the Plaza Shopping Center, 1465 W. Broad Street. 

DUI – January 5, 2012 @ 8:05PM

DEFENDANT: Kellie Henninger, Age 46, South 3rd Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Henninger behind 30 South 3rd Street for erratic driving. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. 

PUBLIC DRUNKENESS – January 6, 2012 @ Midnight

DEFENDANTS: Patti Neubert, Age 49, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA; Thomas Mulloy, Age 51, W. Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised to check the area of Rt. 313 @ 10th Street for intoxicated subjects walking close to the road. On scene, Neubert and Mulloy were identified and cited for public drunkeness. They were both transported to their residences.

HIT AND RUN/POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – January 8, 2012 @ 1:57PM  

DEFENDANTS: Melissa Dungan, Age 43, Dewalt Street, Bethlehem, PA; Troy Eberts, Sr., Age 49, Dewalt Street, Bethlehem, PA 

Dungan and Troy were involved in a hit and run accident that occurred in the area of Front and West Broad Streets. They fled the scene and were apprehended in the parking lot of the Q-Mart. Dungan was the driver and has been charged with hit and run and related charges. Eberts was the passenger and was found to have a warrant for his arrest out of Lehigh County. Eberts was also found to have suspected drug paraphernalia in his possession. Eberts was eventually transported to Bucks County Prison on the warrant.

DUI – January 10, 2012 @ 7:35AM

DEFENDANT: Abraham Gak, Age 31, Congress Ct., Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 7-11 Store, 561 S.West End Blvd., for the report of a possible DUI in parking lot. Vehicle had been seen weaving back and forth across lane, driving off shoulder of roadway causing sparks. On scene, and after further investigation, Gak was arrested for driving under the influence.

DEFENDANT: Benjamin Lieberman, Age 37, Windsor Ct.,Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Lieberman for speeding and erratic driving at Juniper and 12th Streets. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and DUI suspended.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF/DISORDERLY CONDUCT – January 15, 2012

DEFENDANTS: John Sassaman, Age 24, Franklin Street, Quakertown, PA; Thomas Widlund, Age 28, Franklin Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police have filed charges against Sassaman and Widlund resulting from an investigation stemming from an incident that took place on December 31, 2011 @ approximately 3:00AM. Sassaman and Widlund flipped planters, trash cans, benches, and threw debris in the roadway along W. Broad Street in the downtown area in Quakertown Borough. The spree continued along Broad Street from N. 4th Street to S. Hellertown Avenue exceeding damages of over $600.00.

ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD & RELATED CHARGES - January 15, 2012 @ 3:00PM 

DEFENDANT: David Stanton Huck, Age 40, Tohickon Avenue, Quakertown, PA 

On February 17, 2012, Quakertown Police have filed charges against Huck for stealing a Visa card from a patron at the Eagle Hotel, 201 E. Broad Street. Huck accessed the card for personal use on four different occasions. 

THEFT/BAD CHECKS – January 18, 2012

DEFENDANT: Gabriel Matthews, Age 22, N. Wales Road, North Wales, PA 

Quakertown Police have filed charges against Matthews for Theft, Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property, and Bad Checks. Matthews purchased a vehicle at Gateway Kia, 400 S. West End Boulevard, on November 8, 2011 with a bad check.

PROTECTION FROM ABUSE VIOLATION – January 18, 2012 @ 12:17AM

DEFENDANT: Korey Canyon, Age 25, N. Main Street, Trumbauersville, PA 

Canyon was arrested at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, for violating his PFA order. He was arraigned by Magistrate Peranteau. Bail was set at $25,000 and Canyon was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

THE FOLLOWING individual was arrested as a result of a joint investigation between the Quakertown Borough Police Department and the Pennsylvania State Police Troop M Vice Unit. The investigation was partially funded by the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. 

DEFENDANT: Eric Hennessey Jr, Age 20, 306 Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA 

Hennessey was arrested on 19 January 2012 for distribution of marijuana and arraigned by Magistrate Roth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Hennessey was subsequently released. Hennessey is facing charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility.

BURGLARY/THEFT/TRESPASS – January 19, 2012 @ 12:30PM

DEFENDANT: Juvenile 

Quakertown Police have arrested a juvenile in connection with a reported burglary spree that took place approximately between the hours of 9AM and Noon on 19 January, 2012. The juvenile attempted to go thru a window at one residence, knocked on a door asking for a donation at another residence, and actually entered a 3rd residence and stole jewelry.

Jared Snider, Age 19, Hillcrest Road, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Mullen at 530 E. Broad Street for speeding and erratic driving. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and underaged drinking. Passenger Snider was also cited for underaged drinking.

DEFENDANT: Lauren Krchnavi, Age 21, Forde Road, E.Greenville,PA 

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Krchnavi on Ax Handle Road for driving erratically and speeding. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

Both defendants have been charged with Delivery of A Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Use of a Communication Facility and Conspiracy: 

Ryan C. St Onge, Age 23, 130 N. Market St., Hatfield, PA 
Charges were filed against St Onge on 25 January 2012 for distribution of cocaine and a controlled substance. St Onge is currently housed in Montgomery County Prison for unrelated charges. He will be video arraigned from prison on Quakertown charges. 

Kimberly Dreher, Age 22, 317 Central Drive, Lansdale, PA 
Dreher was arrested 28 January 2012 for distribution of a controlled substance, and arraigned by Magistrate Gaffney. Bail was set at $10,000 and Dreher was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY – January 26, 2012 @ 10:30AM

DEFENDANT: Taylor Hill, Age 23, W. Broad Street, Quakertown, PA 

Hill was arrested on 26 January 2012 for receiving stolen property and related charges and arraigned by Magistrate Roth. Bail was set at $25,000 unsecured. Hill purchased stolen jewelry from a juvenile then resold it at a pawn shop for a profit.

DEFENDANT: Jacob Alan Groegler, Age 19, Woodview Drive, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police have filed charges against Groegler for burglary and related charges resulting from an investigation of a burglary that occurred on 11 August 2011 at the residence of 416 Cedar Crest Drive. Groegler is currently housed in Bucks County Prison for unrelated charges. He will be video arraigned from prison on Quakertown charges.

DEFENDANT: John Smallwood, Age 38, No Fixed Abode

Smallwood was arrested and charged with Burglary,Criminal Trespass, and Loitering/Prowling for entering numerous residences in the Borough on or about Dec. 18, 2011. Quakertown Police picked him up in the parking lot at 69 S.14th Street. Smallwood was arraigned by Magistrate Roth and bail was set at $25,000. He was subsequently transported to Bucks County Prison.

Rivera is facing charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility.

Dunner has been charged with Home Improvement Fraud and related charges for failing to complete work at two residences on Live Oak Drive in 2011, after receiving payment. Dunner was arraigned by Magistrate Roth and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured. Dunner was subsequently released.

DEFENDANT: Jose Sanchez-Morales, Age 22, LKA Lincoln Ave.,Pottstown, PA

Quakertown Police have filed charges against Sanchez-Morales for rape, statuatory sexual assault, and sexual assault stemming from an incident that took place in August of 2011 in the Quakertown Borough. DEFENDANT: Wayne Boschetto, Age 36, Yankee Road, Quakertown, PA

Boschetto was arrested and charged with theft and receiving stolen property. While he was a custodian for the Quakertown School District, he stole money from Quakertown Elementary and Quakertown High School. Boschetto was arraigned by Magistrate Roth and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured. He was subsequently released.

Quakertown Police effected a well being check on Reichman, when found asleep in his vehicle with the motor running, parked in the McDonald’s parking lot. Upon further investigation, Reichman was found to be intoxicated. He was subsequently arrested, then later released to his wife.

Quakertown Police cited Slifer for throwing a rock and smashing the windshield of a vehicle parked in the area of 138 Front Street.

DEFENDANT: Jaclyn Bringhurst, Age 28, Penn Street, Pennsburg, PA

Bringhurst was cited for trespassing at 822 W. Broad Street on February 28 at 11:29AM, after being warned several times. Later that same day, Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Bringhurst in the area of 331 W. Broad Street for erratic driving. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

DUI – March 1, 2012 @ 2:11AM

DEFENDANT: Angela Rivera, Age 30, Hill Road, Kutztown, PA 

Rivera crashed her vehicle into a fence at 246 N. Hellertown Avenue and then fled on foot. She was later apprehended and subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

DUI/POSSESSION/IGNITION INTERLOCK – March 1, 2012 @ 3:08AM

DEFENDANT: Bryan Fritz, Age 27, Tilghman Street, Coopersburg, PA 

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Fritz in the area of 1465 W.Broad Street for driving without headlights turned on. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. He was also found with a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia in his possession, in addition to driving without ignition interlock which was required. He was eventually released to Lehigh County Probation Office for violation.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to a one vehicle crash at SR313 and Fairview Avenue. On scene, and after further investigation, Stiteler was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. 

DUI/POSSESSION – March 3, 2012 @ 3:48PM

DEFENDANTS: Michael Clugh, Age 20, Maple Avenue, Sellersville, PA; Brett Somers, Age 19, Upper Church Road, Hilltown, PA; Taryn Riley, Age 21, Court Aly, Quakertown, PA 

Clugh, Somers, and Riley were all arrested in the area of Hickory Drive and Kenwood Circle. Clugh had been driving with Somers as a passenger. Clugh hit a mailbox and curb and was found to be under the influence of drugs and in possession of a controlled substance. Somers was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. Riley had come to pick them up from their accident and she was found to be under the influence of drugs.

Flatt was cited for confinement of dogs when she allowed her dogs to run loose in front of their property. The dogs bit a pedestrian.

Kinnon was cited for public drunkenness at Eastern Defensive Arts, 238 SW End Boulevard.

DEFENDANT: Andrew Glick, Age 25, 606 Lonely Cottage Road, Upper Black Eddy,PA 

Glick was arrested on March 6, 2012 and transported to Bucks County Prison on a warrant out of Northhampton County. Glick is facing charges from Quakertown Police of possession and delivery of heroin.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle in the parking lot of McDonalds, 2 NW End Blvd., for not using turn signal twice. After further investigation, Landis (the passenger) was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was subsequently arrested, then later released to a friend.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 101 E. Broad Street, Apt. 7, for the report of a domestic in progress. On scene, and after further investigation, Evanetz was arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Roth. Bail was set at $5000 unsecured and she was subsequently released.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of West Broad Street and South 5th Street for the report of a traffic accident with one vehicle blocking traffic. On scene, and after further investigation, Nickisher (one of the drivers) was arrested for driving under the influence.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 6 Braxton Court on February 27, 2012 @ 8:50PM for the purpose of assisting an adult probation officer in taking Plante into custody for a probation violation. While at the residence, the probation officer conducted a check of Plante’s room and suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia were found. Quakertown Police filed charges against Plante.

On March 15, 2012 @ 5:30PM Spolar appeared at Quakertown Police Department saying she was wanted by her probation officer and wanted to turn herself in. After further investigation, Spolar was transported to Bucks County Prison and released to prison intake.

SMOKING ORDINANCE – March 16, 2012 @ 7:00PM

DEFENDANT: Randy Schoch, Age 18, Lancaster Ct.,Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police were on patrol in the area of 331 W. Broad Street when Schoch was seen handing a lighted cigarette to a juvenile. Both Schoch and the juvenile were cited.

On March 16, 2012 from 10:00PM – 3:00AM, the Quakertown Police conducted a roving DUI patrol in the borough of Quakertown. During the patrol, 46 traffic stops were made, 14 traffic citations issued, 21 warning cards issued, 4 verbal warnings issued, 11 faulty equipment cards issued, and 1 vehicle impound for DUS was imposed.

Quakertown Police were dispatched on a 911 call to Quakertown West Apartments, 461 S. 10th Street, Apartment B301 for an assault in progress between two men that live at the apartments. On scene, Fellman was located at his residence and after further investigation, he was charged for entering an apartment without invitation and attacking a tenant unprovoked. Suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were also found in his possession.

DEFENDANTS: Christine Racosky, Age 35, Braithwaite Lane, Quakertown, PA; Valeria Carambot-Vazquez, Age 20, Braithwaite Ln., Quakertown 

Quakertown Police have arrested and filed charges against Racosky and Carambot-Vazquez. Racosky conspired with Carambot-Vazquez to rob the Sonic Restaurant, 139 NW End Blvd, on August 27,2011. Both defendants were arraigned on April 9, 2012 by Magistrate Roth and bail was set at $10,000 each unsecured. Racosky and Carambot-Vazquez were subsequently released.

THEFT – April 11, 2012

McCann was arrested on 11 April 2012 for stealing a demo phone from the AT&T Store, 1465 W. Broad Street, on February 7, 2012. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella and was subsequently remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police have filed charges against Wills for breaking and entering a vehicle which was parked near the skate shelter at Memorial Park on July 8, 2012. Wills stole a purse and illegally used the credit cards.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Griffith for running a red light on Rt. 663 @ Hickory Drive. He was cited for the traffic violation. Upon further investigation, Griffith was found to be wanted out of Douglass Township Police Dept. for bad checks. The passenger, Marsh, was also found to be wanted out of Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for a failure to appear on a theft from motor vehicle charge. Quakertown Police have filed charges against Sipos for possession of drug paraphernalia after Quakertown Police assisted Bucks County Adult Probation on a parole violation against Sipos on October 4, 2012 @ 136 South 6th Street.

ATTEMPTED THEFT/RESISTING ARREST – November 9, 2012 @ 1:50AM

DEFENDANTS: Patrick Hogan, Age 22, Mountain Lane, Levittown, PA ; JUVENILE 

Quakertown Police have arrested Hogan and a juvenile for attempting to steal copper,aluminum wire, and other various components from the back of several Duquesne Electrical trucks that were parked in the Best Western parking lot, 1446 West Broad Street. Hogan was arraigned by Magistrate Gaffney and bail was set at $10,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison. 

WARRANT/POSSESSION/FALSE ID - November 13, 2012 @ 11:53AM

DEFENDANT: Jaclyn Fisher, Age 19, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA 

Fisher was arrested by Quakertown Police in the parking lot of the APLUS gas station located at 331 West Broad Street on a warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear at county court. After further investigation, Quakertown also filed charges on Fisher for possession of drug paraphernalia and giving false identification to law enforcement. Bucks County Sheriff’s Office transported her to Bucks County Prison.

Ghali and a juvenile were cited for disorderly conduct for their involvement in a physical altercation that took place on November 12th @ approx. 9:30PM at the Quakertown pool parking lot, 601 Mill Street.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 561 South West End Boulevard for the report of a vehicle that crashed into a light pole. On scene, and after further investigation, the juvenile was arrested for driving under the influence.

On scene, and after further investigation, Greco was cited for public drunkenness. He was also found to be wanted out of Bucks County for probation violation. Greco was placed into custody and housed in the Quakertown Police Department until released to the Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police have filed charges of False Reports to Law Enforcement Authorities against Rubin for falsely reporting that some of his possessions had been stolen from the Bush House, 200 West Broad Street. 

RETAIL THEFT/RESISTING ARREST/WARRANT November 27, 2012 @ 3:51PM

DEFENDANT: Travis Clymer, Age 22, 8th Street, Bethlehem, PA 

Clymer was arrested for stealing merchandise from Rite Aid Pharmacy located at 1465 West Broad Street and then fleeing police. When apprehended, he was found to have a warrant out of Ocean County Sheriff’s Department in New Jersey for parole violation. Clymer was arraigned by Magistrate Snow and bail was set at $50,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison. 

DUI/POSSESSION - November 28, 2012 @ 8:21AM

DEFENDANT: Ryan Crawford, Age 25, South 7th Street, Quakertown, PA 

Crawford was found asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle, which was illegally parked facing south in the northbound lane on South 7th Street @ Juniper Street, with the engine running. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. Suspected marijuana, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia was also found in Crawford’s possession.

DEFENDANT: Keith Wentz, Age 60, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA 

Quakertown Police responded to Plaza Shopping Center, 1465 W.Broad Street, for a well being check phoned in by an off duty police officer. Wentz was found slumped over in his vehicle. The vehicle had the headlights on and engine running parked in a handicapped parking space in front of the AT&T Store. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of drugs. Suspected heroin, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia were also found in his possession.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Quakertown West Apartments, F307, 466 South 9th Street, for the report of a domestic in progress. On scene, and after further investigation, Gegeckas was arrested for domestic assault. Gegeckas was arraigned and released on $10,000 unsecured bail by Judge Snow.

Quakertown Police responded to Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street, for the report of a retail theft. After further investigation, Hopkins was arrested. He was eventually transported to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police arrested Roeder last night for stealing a pair of diamond earrings at the residence of 1019 Juniper Street. He has also been charged for unlawfully using a credit card. Roeder was arraigned by Magistrate Kline and bail was set at $25,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police responded to the Bush House, 200 West Broad Street, Room #219, for the report of possession of drugs. Bucks County Sheriff’s Office was on scene to arrest Sensinger on a warrant and suspected marijuana and suspected controlled substance were found in Sensinger’s possession. Quakertown Police filed the charges against Sensinger.

Quakertown Police arrested Villafane on Friday, December 21, 2012 @ approximately 10:18PM in the area of Braithwaite Lane. Villafane stole a vehicle, earlier in the day, from the Bush House parking lot, 200 West Broad Street. Villafane slammed the vehicle into a police cruiser (with officer inside) in the area of Saylor Alley and fled from police. He was located and arrested. Quakertown Police also filed charges of burglary against Villafane for the burglary of Popeyes Restaurant, 105 South West End Boulevard, that occurred on September 30, 2012. Villafane was eventually transported to Bucks County Prison on a warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office.
