DEFENDANT: Andrew Brucks, Age 26, Lake Drive, Lehighton, PA

Brucks was charged on April 5, 2011 with burglary and related offenses for entering the residence @ 826 W. Broad St. and stealing jewelry, then pawning it at a pawn shop. Brucks was also charged on April 5, 2011 with theft  for stealing (2) guitars from the residence @ 822 W. Broad St., then pawning them at a pawn shop.

THEFT  –  March 4, 2011 @ 3:55PM

DEFENDANT:  Justin Grimes, Age 20, Braithwaite Ln., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 321 W. Broad St. for the report of a theft from vehicle.  After further investigation, Grimes was charged on 4/1 for stealing a Dewalt drill from the vehicle and attempting to sell  the item.

DEFENDANT:  Justin Grimes, Age 20, Braithwaite Ln., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the employee parking lot of Upper Bucks Health Center, 99 North West End Blvd,  for the report of a theft from motor vehicle.  After further investigation, Grimes was charged on April 6, 2011 for breaking into the vehicle and stealing approx. $8400 of valuables and selling them at a pawn shop.

Quakertown Police responded to the report of a traffic accident with one of the drivers suspected to be driving under the influence at Independence Pl. and Rt. 309. On scene, and after further investigation, Fonsemorti was arrested and later released.

Quakertown Police responded to 56 Dewsbury Lane for a report of an assault in progress.  On scene, and after further investigation, charges were filed against Broadhead.

Quakertown Police investigated the report of forged checks @ 600 W. Broad St. After further investigation, Rush was arrested, arraigned, and remanded to Bucks County Prison under $10,000 bail.

DEFENDANTS:  Justin Grimes, Age 20, Braithwaite Lane, Quakertown, PA

Grimes had intentionally damaged a vehicle in the parking lot of Auto Zone, 1518 W. Broad St. A warrant was issued and he was arrested on March 28 @ 11:35AM. He was arraigned on charges and bail was set @ $5000.00, unsecured. A preliminary hearing is scheduled in April.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of the Moose on the 100 Block of E. Broad St. for the report of a female lying on the sidewalk. On site, Smakula was found to be intoxicated and was cited.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Weil @ Park Avenue and S. 14th St  for speeding and not using turn signal,  and determined him to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested, vehicle impounded, and later released to a relative.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to a (2) vehicle traffic accident in the area of Rt. 313 and Belmont Ave. On scene, and after further investigation, the officer determined Eisenhard to be driving under the influence of alcohol.  Eisenhard was arrested, vehicle impounded, and later released to a friend.

Keyser was arrested on an outstanding warrant . Upon pat down prior to being placed  into patrol vehicle,  Keyser was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.  Quakertown filed charges against Keyser  prior to Bucks County Sheriff’s Office taking custody for transport.

Quakertown Police were summoned to 103 Jefferson Court for the report of a disorderly subject outside the residence that had just left the scene.  Evans was located and after further investigation, Evans was found to have an outstanding warrant against him.  Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found in his vehicle. Evans was arrested, arraigned, and remanded to Bucks County Prison under $25,000 bail.

Bucks County Sheriff’s Office notified Quakertown Police that they had Robert Callahan in custody @ Hickory Drive (Quakertown jurisdiction) on a warrant and he was found with drug paraphernalia on his person. Quakertown Police responded and arrested and charged Robert Callahan. He was then released to Sheriff’s Office and transported to Bucks County Prison on the warrant. Jessica Callahan was the vehicle operator and was also found with drug paraphernalia on her person. She was arrested, charged, then released to the Constable for transport to District Court for traffic warrants learned of while in custody.

Bucior was arrested on May 20, 2011@ 5:20PM and charged with simple assault and harassment for assaulting a female in the parking lot of 7-11, 561 West End Blvd. on May 19,2011 @ 2:30AM. Raudenbush was involved in an accident at Boston Market, 69 N. West End Blvd. He fled the scene. He later crashed his car into a tree in the area of California Road and Dickert Road. Raudenbush was found to be under the influence and was subsequently arrested.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 48 South 6th Street for the report of a disorderly person. On scene, police encountered a drinking party in Apt. 5. The following subjects were cited:

Charges were filed on Stanley and Rafael Batista for false ID and underage consumption.

There were (5) juveniles cited for underage consumption and (1) for disorderly conduct.

THE FOLLOWING individuals were arrested as a result of a joint investigation between the Quakertown Borough Police Department and the Pennsylvania State Police Troop M Vice Unit. The investigation was partially funded by the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

Charges were filed against James on 2 November 2011 for distribution of heroin. James is already in Bucks County Prison on a probation warrant. He will be video arraigned from prison on Quakertown charges.

Ian Tomas Somes, Age 29, 232 Yankee Road, Lot 320, Quakertown, PA
Somes was arrested on 2 November 2011 for distribution of cocaine, and arraigned by Magistrate Roth. Bail was set at $50,000 and Somes was remanded to Bucks County Prison. On search incident to arrest, drug paraphernalia was found on his person. Additional charges have been filed.

Joseph Longacre Morgan, Age 20, 50 S. Main St, Quakertown, PA
Morgan was arrested on 2 November 2011 for distribution of a controlled substance, Percocet, and arraigned by Magistrate Roth. Bail was set at $25,000 and Morgan was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – November 5, 2011 @ 12:32AM

DEFENDANT: Douglas Smith, Age 51, E.Broad Street,Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police responded to the area of 101 W. Broad Street for the report of an intoxicated subject. Smith was staggering down the street and had left his vehicle running with loud music playing and the keys locked inside the vehicle. Smith was cited, then transported back to his home.

Quakertown Police responded to 457 E. Broad Street for the report of a disorderly person at the rear apartment. Blake was intoxicated and yelling obscenities at the neighbors.

DEFENDANT: Colleen Gillis, Age 29, Walnut Street, Lansdale, PA

Quakertown Police responded to a report from St. Luke’s Hospital, 1021 Park Avenue, that an intoxicated and suicidal female had escaped from the ER. Police located Gillis walking westbound on W. Broad St. and 8th Street in hospital scrubs. She was returned to the hospital and cited for public drunkenness.
