DEFENDANT – Jody Bickerstaff, Age 54, Allentown Rd, Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to a domestic in progress between a male and female at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street. On scene, and after further investigation, Bickerstaff was arrested for aggravated assault.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – September 19, 2022 @ 1301 HRS

DEFENDANT – Andrew Patnosh, Age 40, S 10^th St, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Patnosh for disorderly conduct after investigation into a well-being check for a male who took a fire extinguisher outside and sprayed himself at the Quakertown West Apartments, 461 South 10^th Street.

DEFENDANT – Jose Carreras, Age 30, W Broad St, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Carreras for public drunkenness after investigation into a disturbance heard in the area of West Broad Street and Front Street.

DEFENDANT – Justin Buckelew, Age 18, Centennial Rd Telford, PA

Quakertown Police cited Buckelew for criminal mischief for egging a vehicle in the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings, 1465 West Broad Street, on 26 August 2022.

POSSESSION – September 29, 2022 @ 1345 HRS

DEFENDANT – Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia on a male juvenile after an electric smoking device was found on his person at the Quakertown High School, 600 Park Avenue.

ATTEMPTED THEFT – September 30, 2022 @ 2258 HRS

DEFENDANTS – Fred Loerwald, Age 65, W Swamp Rd Doylestown, PA

                               Alyson Matusek, Age 43, S Main St Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the report of a theft in progress at Roma Pizza, 1408 West Broad Street. On scene, and after investigation, Loerwald and Matusek were arrested for attempted theft.

RETAIL THEFT – September 7, 2022 @ 10:26PM

DEFENDANT:  Ryan Maiden, Age 39, North Main Street, Coopersburg, PA

Quakertown Police cited Maiden for unlawfully taking a razor from Giant Food Stores, 1465 West Broad Street.

RETAIL THEFT – September 1, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Wayne Griffin, Age 57, S. 9^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Griffin for numerous retail thefts he committed at Giant Foods, 1465 West Broad Street, from June 2,2022 through June 17, 2022.

Quakertown Police cited two female juveniles for violating the smoking ordinance in Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street.

PFA VIOLATION – September 4, 2022 @ 9:02PM

DEFENDANT:  Kevin Kazmiroski, Age 34, Hill Road, Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Kazmiroski for Violating his PFA at the Trolley Barn, 116 East Broad Street. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella and bail was set at $250,000. Kazmiroski was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

POSSESSION – September 8, 2022 @ 1:06AM

DEFENDANT:  Chelsea Hartigan, Age 31, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Hartigan in the area of Hickory Drive and Braithwaite Lane for a suspended driver’s license. She was subsequently arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel for spray painting graffiti on the wall of the main stage of the Amphitheater, 501 West Mill Street.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT – September 12, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Michael Rugg, Age 50, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police have filed charges of Domestic Assault against Rugg stemming from an incident that occurred in the 600 Block of Juniper Street on 11 September 2022 @ approximately 9:10PM. Quakertown Police filed charges of Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct against Kearney stemming from an incident that occurred in the 100 Block of South Second Street on 11 September 2022. He was taken into custody  and arraigned by Magistrate Snow. Bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

DUI / HIT & RUN – September 12, 2022 @ 6:34PM

DEFENDANT:  Evans Odonga, Age 26, South 10^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a traffic accident at the Quakertown West Apartments, 491 South 10^th Street.  On scene and after further investigation, Odonga was arrested for Driving under the Influence and Leaving the Scene of the Accident.

Quakertown Police filed charges of Simple Assault and Harassment against Haire stemming from an incident that occurred in the 400 Block of Juniper Street on 13 September 2022.  He was taken into custody and arraigned by Magistrate Snow. Bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

STRANGULATION – September 13, 2022 @ 9:59PM

DEFENDANT:  Robert Zimmerman, Age 37, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Strangulation, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest against Zimmerman stemming from an incident that occurred at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street. Zimmerman was arrested, arraigned by Magistrate Snow, and bail was set at $100,000. He is currently in Bucks County Prison.
