Quakertown Police filed Theft and Receiving Stolen Property charges against a male juvenile for unlawfully taking a bicycle from the Bucks County Free Library at 401 West Mill Street.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF   –   March 29, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Christine Cooper, Age 33, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police filed Criminal Mischief charges against Cooper stemming from an incident that occurred at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on 25 March 2018 where defendant had kicked in a door of an apartment. An arrest warrant has been issued for Christine Cooper. If anyone has any information regarding her whereabouts, please contact the Quakertown Police Department @ 215-536-5002.

WARRANT   –   March 28, 2018 @ 9:56AM

DEFENDANT:  Timothy Warris, Age 34, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Warris at 221 Erie Avenue on a warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.  He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

POSSESSION   –   March 26, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia against a male juvenile stemming from an incident that occurred at the Quakertown High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 16 March 2018.

POSSESSION  –   March 20, 2018 @ 1:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Danielle McCarthy, Age 29, Tower Road, Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on McCarthy in the area of South 9^th Street at South Main Street for speeding. She was subsequently arrested for Possession of Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

DUI / ACCIDENT – March 16, 2018 @ 12:25PM

DEFENDANT:  Gary Rozecki, Age 49, Fieldstone Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 28 North Ambler Street for the report of a traffic accident that occurred where the driver went off the road, hitting a fire hydrant and telephone pole. On scene, and after further investigation, Rozecki was arrested for driving under the influence.

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for trespassing after having been dismissed from the Quakertown Community High School located at 600 Park Avenue.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – March 15, 2018 @ 2:15PM

DEFENDANT:  Toni DeFrancesco, Age 41, 3^rd Street, East Greenville, PA

Quakertown Police cited DeFrancesco for Public Drunkenness at Buffalo Wild Wings located at 1465 West Broad Street.

POSSESSION   –   March 13, 2018 @ 12:12AM

DEFENDANTS:  Leovani Garcia, Age 19, Cherry Lane Road, E. Stroudsburg, PA

                           Jose Gonzalez, Age 37, Cherry Lane Road, E. Stroudsburg, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Garcia and Gonzalez for smoking marijuana in a vehicle in the parking lot at the Econo Lodge, 1446 West Broad Street

WARRANT  –   March 13, 2018 @ 2:04PM

DEFENDANT:  Stephen Fratrik, Age 29, Jefferson Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Fratrik at 109 Jefferson Court on (3) separate Bench Warrants out of Bucks County. He was taken into custody and temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

WARRANT – March 10, 2018 @ 4:53PM

DEFENDANT:  George Shultz, Age 19, Columbia Avenue, Palmerton, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Shultz in the area of West Broad Street and South 14^th Street on a Bench Warrant out of Carbon County for Failure To Appear. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT   – March 6, 2018 @ 2:00PM

DEFENDANT: Scott Zychal, Age 32, North Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Zychal at 250 North Hellertown Avenue on a Bench Warrant out of Montgomery County for Probation Violation. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

DUI   – March 7, 2018

DEFENDANT: Kevin Wrigley, Age 28, South 10^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed DUI charges against Wrigley stemming from further investigation into an incident that occurred on 22 February 2018 in the back parking lot of Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel stemming from an incident that occurred at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 12 February 2018.

WARRANT – March 5, 2018 @ 2:55PM

DEFENDANT:  Brandon Lewis, Age 23, North Main Street, Bangor, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Lewis in the area of 139 West End Boulevard on an active Failure To Appear Bench Warrant out of Northampton County. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Northampton County Sheriff’s Department.

DUI / POSSESSION – March 5, 2018

DEFENDANTS:  Dylan Papiernik, Age 22, Quarry Road, Quakertown, PA

                           Stefan Smith, Age 24, South Main Street, Perkasie, PA

On February 27, 2018 @ 10:08PM, Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Papiernik in the area of Trumbauersville Road and South West End Boulevard for expired registration. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. The passenger, Smith, was referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel  Program for drug possession.

RSP / POSSESSION – March 5, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Daniel Correa, Age 21, Center Street, Bethlehem, PA

On February 28, 2018 @ 1:34AM, Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Correa in the area of Sunshine Drive at North West End Boulevard as the License Plate Reader unit hit on a stolen registration tag. Subsequently Correa was arrested.  On search incident to arrest, suspected Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found in the vehicle.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT   – March 1, 2018 @ 11:21AM

Quakertown Police cited two male juveniles for Disorderly Conduct after they failed to stop when directed by a police officer and ran across a busy highway (Route 309) and through parking lots.

DUI / IGNITION INTERLOCK – March 1, 2018 @ 10:06PM

DEFENDANT:  Jonathan Pfifer, Age 39, Elm Avenue, Grand Junction, CO

Quakertown Police observed Pfifer hit a parked car while driving through the gas pump area of the A –Plus Sonoco, 331 West Broad Street. After further investigation, Pfifer was arrested for driving under the influence and having his ignition interlock system removed from his truck. He was arraigned by Magistrate Kelly and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

POSSESSION / WARRANT   – March 1, 2018

DEFENDANT: Sydney Nickisher, Age 21, Misty Lane, Quakertown, PA

On February 28, 2018 @ 6:41PM, Quakertown Police were advised of a possible intoxicated subject on the curb at 641 South West End Boulevard. On scene, and after further investigation, Nickisher was arrested on  warrants both out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department and Allentown PD. She was also found to have numerous drug related

Quakertown Police filed charges against Kegarise stemming from an investigation into a fight that occurred at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on 24 February 2018.
