Pollinator Garden |
AMENITIES:
In fall of 2021, Borough Staff, Bucks County Master Gardeners, Master Watershed Stewards, and local volunteers gathered to revitalize the Pollinator Garden located in the rear of the Park at 4th. Volunteers worked together to remove invasive and non-native plant species and debris from the garden. The goal of this revitalization effort is to restore the pollinator garden to its natural beauty. Borough residents can expect to see the overgrown path in the garden brought back to life to allow residents and visitors to walk among the garden. Future plans will include labeling of the remaining plants in the garden to increase educational value, awareness, and value of pollinator plants. Until the pollinator garden is returned back to its natural beauty, please excuse its appearance as our volunteers are hard at work! Pollinators are vital to our ecosystem and the Borough is thankful to have volunteers dedicated to revitalizing this important habitat for them.
