One (1) “bulk” item will be picked up each month during bulk item collection week on your scheduled trash day - the first full week of each month. Construction materials, "white items", and TVs will NOT be collected. "White items" refer to household items such as refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, etc. A mattress and box spring count as one (1) item, but must be placed in a plastic bag before placing them curbside. Mattress bags can be purchased at Borough Hall, 35 N. Third Street, for a cost of $5.00 each.
